It is our pleasure to share an outstanding customer service experience with the personnel of Cluett's Appliances. Our 4 appliance selection was initiated with Christina's very helpful explanations of our options followed by guidance through the purchasing process. The delivery by Andrew and Justin went very smooth despite some very difficult navigating into our home. Michael , a very talented individual with a very diverse set of skills , went the extra mile in installing the dishwasher and microwave.
All Cluett personal made our purchase and installation a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend Cluett's without reservation.

My wife and I went here this past Sunday. Chrystal was outstanding and helped us select the microwave we needed. We didn't know it was a family business. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Chrystal suggested we visit their furniture store because we are looking for a chair. We went there and found everyone there to be very helpful. We found a new place for appliances and service.

great experience. the sales team (i worked with julie and rosa) was very professional and knowledgeable. the other staff person who answered my million questions over the phone kindly and encouraged me to call back anytime. the delivery team (justin and andrew) were also really great and helped us understand how to use all of our new appliances before they left. You will not find service like this at the big box stores i promise you. Highly recommend.

You must shop here! I want to personally thank Crystal and Justin for going the extra mile to help my parents with their recent air conditioning problems. They did an excellent job listening to their issue, suggesting the right set-up, and even going to my parents house after work to help them set install it. Thank you ... you have a customer for life.

Cluetts is a unique store in this era of big box / online retail. Cluetts excels at customer service, follow up, communication, competitive pricing and technical smarts . I have worked with numerous sales people, installation staff and repair techs- to a person, they are courteous, knowledgeable, and they follow up with anything that needs further resolution. They go the extra mile for their customers!! Their prices are very competitive with anything I’ve seen online or in big box stores. They’re a rare breed!!

This was my first experience with Cluetts. I was shopping for a new stove and had gone to several other appliance stores, went to Cluetts they had a wide variety of manufacturers to choose from the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable of their products, prices were compareable if not better than the other stores, I was able to get a delivery date within a few days. The delivery men were on time, pleasant,explained different things about the stove. I would definitely recommend trying them next time you need an appliance. I will use them again.
