The upcoming digital upgrade does not excite me at all. What I really like is contact with the tellers. I don't think you realize how much people miss that. Now that you are cutting back more and more on personal contact, one may as well be dealing with a computer. I called them up I'm only 16 and asked how would I get a debit card and they told me to just stop in sometime and make a checking account, depending on how the workers are I will change my review later

I had the worst customer service there. No one knew how to help me with my reimbursement. Employees were confused on how to set up a reimbursement plan. Terrible because I was told different processes. Awful experience. Belchertown branch is better lol.

I popped in to set up a bank account a few weeks ago and it was super fast and easy and the staff was very nice!
