This is the second local CVS that I use and I wish it were closer than the other location. Every time I stop in this store the staff are friendly and sincere about their friendliness. Last night I stopped in for 1 particular item for cold season, they carried many other options but not the one I was searching for. I guess I took awhile searching because as I returned to the front of the store an associate, Mike as it turns out, asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for and he went to the very back of the store without being asked to double check the shelves. As it turns out this store location doesn't carry what I was looking for but he so genuinely wanted to help that I needed to post it here for anyone needing a Pharmacy. It was really refreshing to have that customer service and friendliness. I very much appreciated it and left happy even though I didn't get what I wanted lol

I was never a big fan of the place until recently. My workplace has a deal with them for prescriptions so I have to use them. A new pharmacist Danae is absolutely fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable. I feel very comfortable dealing with her. She knows her stuff and always has time for a consult. Best move they made hiring her! Service with a smile and highly competent. Nice job!

If you ever want the world's worst customer service make sure to stop by your local cvs in Ware and to ask for Cynthia. Ever been called a liar to your face and embarrassed in front of everyone? Well have no fear Cynthia brings all this to you and more don't worry she makes sure to make you cry in the parking lot. From now on I'll get my prescriptions at Walmart.
