Many years with automatic delivery, they are over priced and not reliable, last two deliveries had to call and remind them I have automatic delivery and very low propane

If I can give “0” stars oh trust me I would! They are very selfish people telling me I have to pay $300 I already paid to start the propane! I literally asked “so I have to pay for your mistakes” & this girl really said “YES”! Then I keep getting cut off for them to say “can I finish telling you” I let them both speak & when I spoke they shut me up & kept cutting me off & talking over me! Very unprofessional! Definitely not understanding!

Really not trying to be that person...
I've never had to use gas before and was super excited about Osterman because my job promotes their gas... was told by my HR that we are partnered and get a 10% discount, but according to osterman, "they aren't sure and this needs to be verified."
The website literally says "$200 credit for new customers" but the fine print (that isn't shown, anywhere) is for home owners/home renters only, where gas is used around the entire house... I filled out my all my information for a quote, was quoted 1.99 per gallon and then was told via the phone that my rate is approximately 2.99, the 1.99 is for home owners as well...
"Where did you get that price from?"
"The website quoted me."
"Oh, that's not always accurate."
...okay? Why is it there, then?
So, so far, pretty bitter, and not excited, but we will see, I will update my review once everything is finalized (if it gets better).
To the lady that called me, YOU are very kind, thank you for your patience with my questions and worries.
