Waited 7 hours for a tow and they left without towing the car! Customer service was arrogant and not helpful.

A very similar thing happened to us with them. The only difference is that they told AAA we didn't offer a registration for them to view, and we did. The man refused to look at it. They have no integrity it was 4 degrees outside. Took a screenshot of another review for everyone to see AGAIN. Interstate Towing ended up helping us AAA should try switching to them!

Waited 3 hours for a tow truck guy showed up and wouldn't not tow as the car wasn't registered. Fact is, car was registered. They tried saying it wasn't and AAA wouldn't cover it. They then tried to charge me $135 plus $6/ mile to tow it. Seems like they just wanted the extra money because AAA doesn't pay much! Money hungry Jerk offs ! Stay away!

Was having battery issues with my truck and I believe the drivers name was Shawn came fast and took care of the issue for me. Very professional and Courteous I highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing. They got us and our vehicle within a half hour on Thanksgiving night while other tow places in the area said a couple hours. Eric of Integrity was a kind guy for sure and helpful. Highly recomend Integrity towing if your in the area and need a tow.

I was very happy with my experience. Shawn was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my hybrid where the battery depleted after being parked too long with no use. The door would not unlock with the key due to an unrelated issue. Shawn understood the necessary steps to getting into the vehicle quickly and without damage to any components. Thank you Shawn!

I broke down on a Saturday night around 10 pm when my check engine light started flashing. Pulled over in the dark and called Integrity Towing. Shawn answered the phone, even though it was late, and was friendly, polite, and helpful. He helped me figure out my location and arrived right on time.
The price was very reasonable, and he was incredibly accommodating when I changed the drop-off location to a nearby mechanic. Shawn was all jokes and smiles and even offered to let me warm up in the cab while I waited for my Uber. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time.
I don’t recommend breaking down at night, but if it happens, I highly recommend Integrity Towing! They truly live up to their name. 5 stars for sure!
