My family had the most pleasant experience both in the Ware Lowe's and at home where two extremely polite and determined to get our new appliances inside our 200 plus years old home...Henry and Jose both worked well as a team and listening and advising as to how we're we going to get this huge new fridge inside our awkward sized kitchen.They managed to bring in new washer dryer, oven and fridgerator! We never have had such nice appliances nor kind and hard working employees ,from careful parking to not breaking a thing in our crazy grandchildproof home .Ive never felt so happy and comfortable My family is so grateful from the sales man who helped up pick out our new appliances to the awesome delivery crew ..They did an excellent job in super hot weather all with a smile on their face

Pleasantly impressed by the customer service my mother received at Lowe's. If you are anywhere within this area, definitely choose this location when ordering home appliances.
My mother's refrigerator stopped working and I brought her here after doing some research online. She was able to look at the refrigerators that best suited her needs without anyone breathing down her neck. When we needed help, help was immediately available to us.
It was the day before tax free weekend and we were trying to do a preorder for the next day. The rep was so informative and explained that preorders wouldn't be looked at until Monday, which would delay delivery. Ordering the same day we were there would not give my Mom the tax break. He explained her best option was to come back the next morning to order and gave us a write up of the exact order that could be placed at that time. She went back Saturday at 8am and had a new fridge by Sunday at 8am. The staff brought her new one up a flight of stairs and removed the other. There were a couple dings in the side from delivery, but as the associate explained the day before, they could offer a 10% credit if that happed, which they did. She is very happy with her purchase. This went very well compared to what I assume the other busier locations looked like that weekend.

I almost always find what I'm looking for here. The employees are good about helping out and they don't hover if you say that you don't need help. It's nice because I can take my time and not feel pressured but still be able to ask questions. Bonus that can bring your dog too.
The only downside is that the mobility carts don't take too long to run out of battery even at full charge. The employees didn't offer to help or anything when it eventually did run out. Overall my experiences were pretty good.

A fantastic experience buying a grill! Jordan assisted us the entire time and was beyond helpful! He was knowledgable, friendly and made the experience that much better! He is a real asset to the store and takes a lot of pride in his work!

I paid for a $400 toolbox on Sunday and was told to pick it up today. A very nice girl at customer service was in the process of assisting me when another girl came over and told her they needed her in another area. She walked away and left me hanging. Definitely lack of staffing and management should learn some manners when a service person is helping a customer. Next time I'll buy from Amazon Prime with free delivery. I felt bad for the girl who was embarrassed that she has to leave me hanging.

Usually this location is not very busy, so store tends to be well stocked and easy to find assistance from employees who are typically friendly and knowledgeable.
