I paid for a $400 toolbox on Sunday and was told to pick it up today. A very nice girl at customer service was in the process of assisting me when another girl came over and told her they needed her in another area. She walked away and left me hanging. Definitely lack of staffing and management should learn some manners when a service person is helping a customer. Next time I'll buy from Amazon Prime with free delivery. I felt bad for the girl who was embarrassed that she has to leave me hanging.

Usually this location is not very busy, so store tends to be well stocked and easy to find assistance from employees who are typically friendly and knowledgeable.

FRAUD....Be careful of shopping at this Lowes. I placed an online order and did not have a chance to pick it up. I got a notification my order had been picked up. I contacted the store to advise them I was never there and never picked up the items but was charged. They insisted I came to pick up (even though I'm at work and had never been there). The customer service in the store placed me on hold several times despite asking to speak with a manager. Team was not helpful, tried to resolve nothing and was rude. If you live in this area, it's a shame because this is the only Lowes around. Too bad they have to hire people who don't know what customer service means.

I am always presently surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The store is clean. Never a checkout line. Lumber selection can be hit or miss on available quality.

My heartfelt thanks for the beautiful Memorial day display in the parking lot. Touched me deeply. My brother Spc 5 Steven J. Kearns lost his life on Memorial day 1971 in Vietnam saving his crew and subsequently the base. An only son, he was not drafted, rather he proudly served voluntarily. Thank you for your kind remembrance of all who served. God bless the USA. ??

I won't be back. Employees act like your bothering them when you need help, that is if you can get one that's not too busy on their cell phone. I waited for help at the paint counter for 15 minutes and had to get customer service to call someone and she was annoyed. Also self check only. Maybe if management could get the employees off their phones someone could work a register. I'll be closing my account and going to home depot from now on. Poorly managed store.

I just purchased a lawn mower and was assisted by Brian, Darren, and Kathy. They helped me with choosing a model as well as loading it into my car. I didn’t realize quite how large the box was, but they got it to fit in my car, even around some boards that I had purchased. I am really grateful for the extra hands because I couldn’t have done it myself.

Staff are super nice and so are the customers . And this Lowe’s in Ware is WAAAAY more active than most Lowe’s I ever seen in my life.
