“Bill is a great guy who cares about his customers. If there are any issues, he calls you personally. He cares for the property and maintains the facility regularly. My only complaint is the cost considering it is not heated or cooled and there is no electricity. This past increase was rough, and I am looking to move my stuff out as soon as possible. Great owner, very attentive, understanding, and great communication.”

“There isn't much in the way of self storage in Warren, so this place fills the need. The storage bins are pretty standard with a few different sizes available. Because they are in the middle of town, they are reasonably near to most of the people. The floor is raised off the outside ground a bit so it helps keep rain and snow out.”
