In the past I've always been treated like a burden when I've visited a Verizon store in person. Not at this place. Everyone here is as friendly as can be. They are willing to answer any questions you have and they truly want to make sure you leave their store completely satisfied. I was only visiting to pick up an online order and they didn't try to get me to buy things or sign up for anything. Great guys.

Had SIM card problems and your employee (John) did a great job restoring my service with my existing phone. Any place else, they would have just told me to replace my old phone with a new one. Highly recommend going there. As a bonus, he was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you.
