Great service except for the automated phone service. It’s clunky and seems to work differently every time I call. This time the opening prompt was in Spanish. It hung up on me several times before I just guessed I may as well push one. I had no way of knowing how to respond due to the opening dialogue being in Spanish and then hanging up on me as I didn’t know what to do. It’s got a different quirk every time I call to refill my scripts.

The Ware location is pulling some shady stuff trying to force specific brands of medications despite my doctor specifying no substitutions. My doctor writes for the medication covered by my insurance and even when the doctor specifies no substitution, they keep trying to force another medication not even covered by my insurance. 3 strikes and you're out. I switched to Walgreens down the street and no issues. Also, Ware lied to me about not being able to get 90-day supply due to my insurance. Same insurance, same medication and I can get the 90 day supply from Walgreens. Shady happenings in Ware Walmart Pharmacy

I do admit some of the staff is very friendly , but some of the more night staff ?? depending on the medication you’re getting they refuse to help you they treat you horribly and I have actually had to change my sons medication with how horrible they treated me for getting it ..my medication for the same thing I actually called it in days late (due to the holiday didn’t realize the doctors office was closed on Xmas eve,then there was the weekend ), they failed to call me to tell me they didn’t have the medication in stock they said it would be in one day then changed it then changed it again and then refused to give me any more information on my medication(Had they called me and told me to see if another store had the medication I could have called the doctors and had the medication filled already at another location .) My refill was supposed to be the 23rd (called the doctors office 24th) it’s almost the 1st…the medication was called into the doctors and they sent it over two days later . I feel they’re very biased depending on the medication , they treat you fine if you get normal medication , they did however once not call me or send a text notification for my daughters medication after her surgery they said they were out of it and waiting for it to come in , that was in may, they’re also always “out” of a lot of medication and they also will tell you a generic and name brand are the exact same thing which is not correct and depending on the medication someone can have a adverse effect so essentially they also don’t tell you if there was a change in Brand vs generic some of them really need some sort of training

The pharmacy techs are very slow and Daniel seems like he has a bug up his butt. Not sure if he needs a hug or what. They don't entirely seem like they know what they're doing and instantly talk about customers once they leave. Quick, easy and professional is not found here.

The staff is great. They work tirelessly to get you your medication as fast as possible. From dealing with the Doctors and Insurances for you. They try hard to keep your medicine in stock, especially dealing with the wholesale suppliers. I follow Pharmacists and staff. I don't follow particular pharmacy. So staff and especially Pharmacists are very important to my decision to where my medicine is filled.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 12 years or more there customer service is outstanding, they always go out of there way to accommodate your needs, I always get a phone call to inform me it's time to refill prescription and if it's ok to do so...pickup is a breeze there love to see all the friendly staff... pharmacists are helpful and friendly (especially Mikey she is great) I recommend this pharmacy if you want fast and courteous service!!!!
