The Plymouth store is embarrassing! It's 11 AM ( open @ 10, which is lazy to begin with) on a Monday, 6 customers outside waiting and no one to be seen. Won't even answer the phone. Good Look!

We were told our total bill would be $145 for 2 lines including the cost of 2 new phones. We weren’t told that was PER line.

Two days in a row now I've come into this store to pay my bill in cash. Both days the store has not been able to accept a cash payment which may I remind you is illegal in Massachusetts! The manager Aaliyah would not give me her last name or the name of the owner of the store she didn't know her own bosses name. either that or she didn't want to give it to me cuz she didn't want to get in trouble! If I want to walk into the AT&T store and purchase an Apple Watch with cash you have to accept cash in Massachusetts! I pay my bill on the day that it's due I don't give anybody any extra time with my money it's due today and I'm not driving 20 miles out of town to another store when there's one right in front of me and I have cash in hand! so you need to update your system and you need to tell your managers that they should give out your email address at the very least of the store that way if a customer wants to complain they can complain to you because you're a franchise and you're not corporate I will be reporting this to the governor Moira Healy.... I shouldn't have to drive 20 miles out of my way to pay a bill because you're too cheap to put a kiosk in your store!

Came here looking to switch my plan to you guys but I came into this store and stood there for 15 minutes with 3 employees in the store I was not greeted once. With customer service like that I would not want it. I walked out still using Verizon.

Why is there no sign on the door if yall is closed it’s Tuesday January 2 store says open at 10 am to 7 pm and it says open on the website for the map but nobody’s here no sign nothing

I went to another store to upgrade my phone where they unfortunately completely messed up my account and was a nightmare trying to figure out where to go to get it sorted out. I was told I needed to go to a store with a manager on duty. I came to Wareham almost in tears and about to give up and was VERY happy with the support and help getting it all fixed. Hannah and Liy were AMAZING. They helped me with my return, purchase of a new new phone and adjusted as much of the mess they could and were Super Nice and friendly! Thank you!

The people in this store are horrible! I should have learned my lesson by now, but every time I go, they change my plan, while insisting it won't change the cost at all. My most recent visit to purchase a new phone resulted in my next month's phone bill being almost $200 more than the previous month. When I called AT&T, they were horrified that the people in the store upgraded me to the most expensive unlimited plan, added insurance and an early upgrade option (none of which I asked for or authorized), and just had a field day in general with my phone line. After an hour on the phone with an amazing customer service rep, we got my plan straightened out and back to what it was before. I will never go to this store again.

wareham crossing store is almost never open on weekends and if they are you have to wait hours to get service because theres only one sales rep.
