The quality of service is not like it used to be before Ace came along. I hope they get things back on track or all that new stock and revised store layout is going to go real quiet real quick and everyone is going to go back to the Big Box stores. By the way the big box stores have started to focus on customer service more than in the past.

I was in your Wareham store about two months ago on an early Saturday morning and I had the pleasure to work with Katie on selecting some paint to do my deck and railings. I originally had planned on staining it but Katie told me that if the deck was painted that I would need to use paint for it. At the time I entered the store there was only two employees working and there wasn’t any customers in the store at the time but customers started coming in and their were 3 or 4 customers waiting for help with their paint. Katie didn’t get rattled and told the other customers that she would be able to help them in a minute which they thanked her for acknowledging them. The thing that really made me happy was that she took the time to make sure that I had everything that I needed so that I wouldn’t have to come back. I have to tell that I now do come back and shop at the Wareham Aubuchon Ace Hardware instead of going to Home Depot. Katie would be a great candidate in becoming a Store Manager and when I spoke to some of her fellow employees about her they even said that she was the Best! Great place to spend your hard earned money. Very pleasant staff always has what you need in stock. Jim and Josh are great always friendly positive attitude. Huge variety of in-stock items. Things you can't find in the box stores. Prices are the same or lower then too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it's true. Thanks for being what a real hardware store should be.

My son and I were looking for a special vinegar used for cleaning appliances. James C.had approached us and asked if we needed help. I told him what I needed and he asked one of the workers there, but it wasn’t what we were looking for. So James said “let’s see what we can find”. What I appreciated was James took the time to take us in search of it. He ended up finding exactly what we needed. He was really pleasant and so helpful. We had a great shopping experience and will definitely go back.

Mass Tank is also a family owned small business and supports Aubuchon with as much business as possible since they are so professional.
