The store manager Laura was extremely helpful, she was very kind and made sure I had everything that I needed for my car. Definitely recommend her for help here!! She always goes out of her way to help when other employees turn their heads at you

Out of everyone working Nate/Nathan was the most helpful. Making sure I was greeted when I walked in, looking up parts for me when I had no idea what I was looking for. He has exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. Other customers entered the store who didn’t speak English and he went as far to use Google translate on his phone to help them, making sure they got what they needed. Because of him I had a great experience.

The store itself is alright and some people that work there are very helpful. However, the manager Laura is extremely unprofessional. While shopping in the store you can hear her talking poorly about her employees and giving customers an attitude. I feel bad for anyone that has to work for this woman and feel she should not be in a position of power. Autozone - do better with hiring !

Anthony at this Wareham location was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me when I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car. Gave me the steps I needed to take to fix it and gave really helpful recommendations. Highly recommend this location!
