This was my first in-store shopping experience at Bath and Body Works in almost 10 years. I was overwhelmed at first at ALLLLL their fragrances, but one kind employee helped me narrow down my choices. I walked out with a new perfume and a nighttime lip treatment.

Wareham store Poor customer service in my opinion they steal for there customers to make a quota Refused to scan eligible coupon based on “policy” after speaking with the corporate office said “policy” was made up by the store. I’ve had this issue only with this store too many times and I know I can’t be the only one. Will not return to the wareham store. Poor management.
