I never let anyone touch my brows but really wanted to try getting them laminated and Kim IS INCREDIBLE!! She was so thorough and really paid attention to every detail! Will definitely be going back!

My biggest, personal pet peeve is not having my brows 'on fleek'. I'm super picky with how my brows are done. Kim is by far, THE BEST eyebrow waxer/shaper I've ever had (trust me, I've been to tons of different salons). If Kim ever retires, I'm gonna be at a loss lol I recently moved out of state and still travel to Kim, so she can do my brows. She's literally the best ever!!!

Kim is a very cool lady at the Benefit Brow Bar. I expressed to her that I thought my eyebrows were done a little too lightly at the previous brow bar I had went to. She listened to that concern and made them a little darker a little at a time until I was content. She told me about the refund/exchange policy which I had never been told about before so thank you Kim. I didn't have to waste money on product I wasn't happy with and I was able to exchange for appropriate products that match my new and improved brow color. Kim is also great at having conversation and making you feel welcome and not awkward at all. I hate going into salons where you literally can't talk the whole time and it's just silence. Kim broke that barrier and we had lovely conversation. She also taught me how to use the products which is amazing because I had not been taught by my Ulta how to use the products. I held the mirror up and she physically showed me. The last girls just told me. Kim is seriously a great lady and I'm glad I made the drive from off cape to go see her. I'd recommend her services to anybody. (Don't get me wrong, I love my Ulta and the services I had done there-- Kim is just an amazing brow expert and seems to know a lot about good brows, color and teaching beginners.) 💕 thank you Kim.
