I called yesterday around 11:00 a.m for an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails w gel polish. The woman barely spoke English and asked if I wanted powder. I repeated everything I wanted very clearly at least two more times. She told me to go in for 12:30. I went in and waited about 10-15 min. The same woman came over and asked if I had polish on my nails. I had nothing, I was all ready for my full set! She said ok just manicure w gel polish right? I repeated yet again what I called and asked for already 3 times. She proceeded to tell me she had no time for that and tried telling me I only asked for gel polish. I told her that was not true and as a matter of fact I explained what I wanted over the phone at least three times!!! She argued with me telling me I was wrong…little did she know that I am in the cosmetology field and I’m very aware of what I specifically asked for! She tried telling me she would just paint my nails w gel polish because that’s what Zi asked for over the phone. Needless to say I got up and left and will NEVER go there again! I went down the street to Mimi’s in Stop and Shop Plaza and was able to get exactly what I wanted and only had to ask once!

I had a very good experience. The shop is very clean. Everyone is very pleasant and very professional. My nails were done just the way I wanted them done. Definitely going back and I will recommend my friends to them.

I rarely write reviews, but i felt i needed to after my experience with Henry today. I’ve been to many nail salons and have never had such a fun, caring technician! His attention to detail is incredible. I didn’t feel rushed, he truly took his time to ensure i was completely satisfied. 10/10 recommend his services— can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!

Other salons need to take notes from this one. The attention to detail was unmatched. Never in my life have I had a nail tech put that much effort into my nails. I don’t even remember him looking up once from my nails or getting distracted by anything, unless to ask me if I was satisfied before moving on. For once someone completed my nails without interruption from start to finish, also took much longer than usual because he actually did it right. He went above and beyond, I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out. I am blown away. I got exactly what I wanted, down to the most minuscule detail. Everything is perfect. Awesome friendly atmosphere. Happy they are open on Sundays because I never have free time. Thank you!!!

I went here for the first time for a pedicure and color change on my fingernails. Amazing pedi,abd the quality of the polish is lasting . Will return. Great experience !

I've never been to this nail salon before & I'm very glad I did! I had Jessica and she was the sweetest & very patient. She truly goes the extra mile and it shows! I've never had a nail tech go to the lengths that she did. She made sure the colors went together, she made sure they complimented my skin tone but most importantly, she let me voice my opinion first. Jessica has been in the game for an admirable amount of time so she definitely knows her stuff but always let me choose first before any suggestions. In short, I'm OBSESSED!

I go to this location frequently to get my manicure. Henry does a great job every time and makes my nails look nice and clean. I don’t get any polish he just buffs them, and they look nice and clean and shiny every time. If you ever need your nails done that’s the guy to ask for!!

Cape Cod Nails 2 is my favorite local nail spot. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I have always had a lovely experience. Everything is clean and spotless. Henry, Jessica, Kim, and Wendy are all amazing and do the best job. It’s very relaxing and the perfect space. You will not be disappointed in their services they provide. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mixed review. My mom asked for a French manicure and had the impression that the woman doing it didn’t really know how to do it. Unfortunately the technician spoke no English so all attempts to sort that out failed. I tried dip for the first time and probably won’t do it again. The tools used were not sterilized and the technician drew blood as she was working around the nail edges. The result was good and my nails look good. My mom had had good experiences previously with the gentleman who works there but after this latest visit probably will look for a different place.
