I love that Charizma is an exclusive salon. Charizma has a comfortable atmosphere and you know that you are not being rushed through, just to get to the next customer. Nantz is the only hairdresser that encouraged me to transition to my natural color. She is very knowledgeable about her work. I went through the transition and am thrilled with the results. Had been going to this salon for some time but her last few services were terrible. Two times she failed to cover my grey hair after I canceled a service but charged me full price with no refund.But if your looking for crazy entertainment the owner Nanz is very unprofessional, constantly trauma dumps and spews toxicity not only about customers but her own family.Worst salon everService: Hairstyling

On my way home from work I saw that the salon was open so I stopped by and the lady at the front desk was finishing getting payment from a customer so I asked her if she takes walk ins and her response to me was does it look like I take walk ins and then laughed at me. I feel she was very harsh and rude as a simple no I'm sorry we don't but you can call and make an appointment would of been fine but after she said that to me in front of the other lady that was there and then of all things to put salt in the wound she laughed at me so I left and will definently not return or recommend this place. I am a professional and would never talk to someone the way she did to myself.

EVERY time I visit Nantz at Charizma Salon, I'm thrilled with my hair. In addition to really listening to me and figuring out what I like/ want, she prioritizes the health of my hair.
