They don't have tellers anymore in favour of an ATM with a phone on it to call someone if you need something. So it's not even a bank branch. And the ATM is out of order so I guess they're absolutely as useless as you expect them to be. Until they get tellers back behind the counter I'll be looking into other banks who care

I have no idea what is going on. They have no 1$ bills, no tellersJust some poor kid with a line of over 10 people trying to get them to use the ATM. I could not get any straight answer, but everyone kept going on about some new system.

Atm restarted well depositing my check call try see what gotta do and guy was extremely rude and not help at all said name was josh really sarcastic poor attitude really thinking about banking elsewhere after prob 4 years having citizens

Trouble,Trouble, Trouble... They are the only BANK in Wareham that charges you a $7 to cash one of there customer checks. SHAME SHAME SHAME GOLD DIGGERS

The worst experience I’ve ever had I was want to not get an account at this bank and I should have listened to continuously tell me my funds are available then you use them and then money gets posted back in and they hit you with all kind of overdraft fees it should be illegal what they are doing.Then when you call and have a problem all they do is try to fight with you rather than to resolve the problem their management team is horrible my opinion that is the problem

i get checks from a person that has an account at citizens , i dont have an account at citizens . Everytime i cash a check at citizens i get the third degree about opening an account , i politly say no but they keep on pushing it , then they have the audacityto ask what bank i do use and i say that is private info . lately when i go in ( and i use several different branches) it seems that if you dont have an account you get payed in 10's and 20's rather than big bills , another ploy to have you open an account ! What they dont seem to understand is i would never open an account at a bank that is going to ask a lot of questions or inconvenience a person i write a check to and pressur them to open an account . Not all but most of the branches behave this way and if they want my business that has to change .

Was told that my father could not sign over his check to me and that I couldnt deposit it. I have an account there or I had one. They said that we could try and deposit it in the atm but that the check might not clear...well guess what it cleared no problem pretty sad that a machine know more about banking 101 than their tellers because signing over a check to someone is done all the time and we are related which was even crazier. Idk they suck so i left and went to a local credit union
