If i could give zero stars I would. I am pregnant and called tonight for some advice on allergy medicines/to get answers to my questions. I waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak with the pharmacist and I got HUNG UP ON. You have got to be kidding me?!

Horrible customer service. Left a message for store manager to call me never did. Called CVS main number spoke with customer service was promised a call back never got one. Pharmacy is the worse. Only front end supervisor on and they can't help with the pharmacy. Not the poor employees who work there. They all complain on being short staffed. Stay away from this store and all stores!!!

fill prescriptions in a timely fashion. making a surgery patient wait for pain medication unacceptable. it took from 5 pm to 11:20 am the next day to fill

I needed to talk to my pharmacist for clarification on a prescription. I tried calling three times, on hold for 10 minutes then the operator hung up on me each time.

New to the cvs pharmacy. Dropped off my script but did not specify tablets or capsules. Instead of calling my doctor or myself, cvs chose to give me tablets. They are awful and stick to your tongue. I called cvs when it was time to refill and asked them to give me capsules that I have been taking for 20 yrs. the young inexperienced girl who answered kept putting me on hold and said I need to have my doctor write another prescription. I told her the doctor did not specify and that cvs chose the format. She then continued to talk down to me and said when you picked it up the first time, did I tell the pharmacist to switch it? Im sorry, I didn't open the script at the store and only realized when I got home. Not sure what the difference would be between then and now anyway since I asked before my refill. Not asking for a higher or lower dose or even a different pill. Just asking for capsules instead of tablets. Needless to say I ended the conversation with, i will switch pharmacies. That girl shouldn't be allowed to answer the phones either!!! My phone call to cvs was made this morning at 11:28am and lasted 8 minutes. 2 minute conversation and 6 minutes on hold!

I am giving a big "SHOUT OUT" to CVS on 2992 Cranberry hwy in Wareham. Thank you all that work there. This particular CVS in my town is the BEST! The pharmacy staff and store staff are exceptional, they help you in any which way they can. They are courteous and helpful. Being almost an everyday customer I find that they treat me with the up most respect and they always greet me with a smile and kind words. They meet all my shopping needs. It's nice and caring people like you that keep me coming back. Thank you all again.
