My excellent experience at the CVS at Target , Wareham MA, was due to the excellence of their Monday evening pharmacist and some of her staff. Because of her, I am moving ALL my prescriptions to CVS. Kindness seems to be in shortage in the world, but not at this particular pharmacy.

I have never worked with such a rude pharmacist than at in Middleboro Massachusetts I now shop at Walgreens in Wareham the people there are so awesome I give them 5 stars n CVS maybe a quarter of a star

The pharmacist and the staff at this particular CVS might just be the worst that I have ever encountered as far as customer service goes.
I am referring to the CVS located inside of the Target store in Wareham Crossing. The woman pharmacist there is beyond rude as well as incredibly unprofessional, & short tempered to the guests. Just look at all the reviews that have been left for this cvs. Enough said.

I'm all done with CVS stores, rushed over after work the other day, waited at the counter for several minutes listening to the 3 pharmacy technicians and/or pharmacists talk about their PTO and vacation requests. Finally they arrived at counter to talk with me, to which I requested my son's prescription. They told me that they couldn't possibly fill the prescription as they closed in 15 minutes. Perhaps if they spent less time talking while I was patiently waiting they would have had ample time to fill one simple script. I have also been lied to here and told my physician put a hold on a script which was not true, they just didn't feel like filling that script that night either. Very, poor customer service, good bye CVS!

Poor customer service they told me they had it and after I told her why are you so mean for. She responds wait what phsss ok sure but then after I called her out on it the next person in like comes in and she's so nice cuz she knew she was in the wrong but it's ok cuz I filled a complaint with the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure and they will do in undercover investigation and she how her poor attitude and professionalism with customers so it's fine I'll wait days for my medication especially since I have emphysema Anna's medication to help me breathe!!

My insurance changed I was told that I would be able to keep scrips there and pay more but when it came time to pickup they would not release my meds. The tech told me I needed to call BCBS. When she knew the reason was CVS is not contracted with BCBSIL. I Had I tried having scripts transferred but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I told her that and she sat there arguing with me when I was at the other pharmacy and the call sat on hold. It took my calling BCBS in the store to get them to give me more info and actually transfer scripts. They should have called me to tell me they couldn’t fill them!!

A text was sent asking if I needed my prescription filled sooner than the estimated time. I answered yes and it was. I was in pain. So grateful for the pharmacist.

CVS in target in Wareham crossing is unprofessional and careless. Gave me a 1 month supply of insulin and swore it was a 3 month. Had to request they look up the imaging of the fill/purchase before they admitted fault. Then they won’t even ring up cough medicine from Their own shelves and make people pay up front. They don’t open when their posted hours show and on some days don’t open at all because pharmacists forget they’re working that day. Avoid this location at all costs.

The workers are so incredibly rude and impatient. They give people nasty dirty looks; the two brunnette workers especially are insufferable. Witnessed one of the women turn so red because she was trying not to laugh at an elderly lady - it was clearly very obvious that she was making fun of her with another co-worker. They sigh \\u0026 huff at the patients. So unprofessional \\u0026 I never write reviews, especially bad ones.

This place is horrible. They are rude. Worst of all they judge you on the meds you are on. They treat me differently then other people i have seen it. If you are on addict meds or Psychiatric medication the people they check you out or answer the phone are rude. I when to walmart because of this treatment much better service there!!!! Beth is the worst

CVS is my pharmacy I've had many different pharmacies throughout my lifetime but my pharmacist is so awesome I only go if I know that she's working because she is just an amazing person and totally down to earth and is full of information she always knows everything about any kind of medication that has been prescribed to me so I will never change my pharmacy CVS is #1 in my ? book !

David is so insanely rude. I could barely understand anything that he was saying perhaps there was something wrong with his phone connection but it just got really short and snippy. Seems really inappropriate for someone who is a large part of my health care to be so rudenfor no reason. I even told him I was having trouble hearing what he was saying.

The techs are very nice, but they’ve given me medications that have known interactions multiple times. They also mess up my birth control every single time I have to fill it. It’s near impossible for them to fill a prescription without some type of hassle. Don’t go here.
