I visited Ebb and Flow with three girlfriends for massages to start off our “girls weekend”. They were able to accommodate all four of us at the same time and we all had a great experience. I can personally speak to the professionalism of Cortney, and would request her again.

Had a much-needed massage with Carrie yesterday to start to tame the lower-back beast. First one in a long time, and it was really great.Carrie listened and worked some magic. Is my back all healed?Nope.I didn't expect that in just one massage, but it's much easier this morning to get around, and I'm looking forward to another few massages to finally get back to "normal."

This place is fabulous!!! The vibe is sooooo great. The decor is fabulous and the staff is super professional! I cannot say enough about Krysta as a massage therapist. She is a miracle worker!!! 90 minutes of bliss! Highly recommend this place?

Had my first massage with Carrie on 11/4 and cant be happier! She listened to my needs, issues, offered suggestions to meet my needs and went on to provide one of the best massages Ive ever had. I had a prenatal massage with Steph, she is a licensed massage therapist and specializes in prenatal massages. I am 24 weeks pregnant and went into my appointment tense and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Steph took the time to sit with me and go over absolutely everything to expect during my session before hand and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, already. The session was AMAZING! I felt soo good leaving. I can’t wait to go back and see her. I highly recommend her for yourself or any Mama to be that needs some self care

searched for A last minute massage on my day off and this is the only place I could find. Being a new resident to the area my expectations were not high. However Jessica is nothing short of amazing if you're looking for a deep tissue. Last minute appointment turned into the best thing I could've done for myself in A long time! Amazing amazing amazing! If you are looking to walk out refresherd,pampered, and certainly relaxed this is your place! Very clean,calm,refreshing! This may be my new go to!
