“My husband & I were in the paint section again (🙄 lots of walls to cover) today 8/19 at Lowe’s in Wareham 4:30 pm & were greeted by staff associate, Louis (Louie). Thank you Louie for answering questions, making recommendations, smiling, talking & doing a really GREAT job with us & our order. That was the first time that I didn’t have to search or wait a while for someone to help me. It is refreshing to be greeted by a smiling face who seems to care about their job & helping people make the best decisions about their home improvements. We really appreciated you today Louie :-) Lowe’s should be happy to have you there. We will definitely come back for the rest of the paint & supplies. Thanks again.”
“We went today to purchase an oversized tote, the woman in that section was great. We told her what we needed it for and was helping use make the best choice. She also informed us that we could have the item shipped to our house, which we did.
