“We were in your Wareham store on Monday late afternoon. During our shopping trip, we lost our four year old family member. Fear overcame us when we couldn’t immediately lay eyes on her. I loudly yelled out that we were missing a young child, her name, her description. Immediately, a message came over the loud speaker that a “Code Adam” was happening. Then another announcement calling Harper’s name asking her to come up front. All hands were immediately on deck, front doors were manned, and staff was put out on the shopping floor to look for her. Your lovely staff found her hiding in the men’s sport coats, and immediately brought her up front. I cannot begin to thank Monday night 12/29/25 staff enough for their rapid and professional response. It was truly impressive. We will forever be grateful for each and every helper.
