I looked up the item I wanted on line (30 1×2 pressure treated furling strips) which it said was in-stock but when I got there there were very few and all of poor quality, I could only find 0 that I could possibly use.

I’ve been attempting to order flooring for my home. Initially, my husband and I were going to do it ourselves but after having our order delivery changed multiple times, we decided to just have it installed instead because we ended up having some extra cash to pay someone. We cancelled the order for our own and went through the website for having the professional install done. The people who came out to measure were great and came out when they were supposed to. We were then supposed to have an associate call us with a quote. I was giving it some extra time due to the holiday and it being summer so we were just approaching a three week mark since we had the measurement done and I had planned on calling to check on the project this past Monday. On Monday, I received an email asking me to fill out a survey about why I declined a quote I never received. I called the number provided and they put me in charge with the person handling my quote, Marnie. They transferred me to her desk and I got voicemail so I left a message requesting a call back which I never received. They gave me her direct line at that time so I proceeded to call again on Wednesday after no response and got no answer again. The email said you can try the local store if you have issues so I’d planned today to do so, but figured I’d call one more time. This time I got ahold of Marnie who was very accusatory on the phone stating she had attempted to call me multiple times and clearly she had the correct number. I just stated I had no record of any phone call in my call history and maybe it was a glitch somewhere. Anyways, I finally got my quotes from her same day, and I attempted to go to the Wareham store to purchase my quote as I did not want to deal with Marnie anymore given my previous interactions. I spoke to someone at the customer service desk who sent me back to flooring saying she would call back and let them know I was coming. I head back there with my one year old and proceeded to stand at the service desk with no one offering to help me for over a half an hour. Eventually, I had to go because my one year old was having a freak out and would not tolerate being there any longer. I attempted to call the number that I had for the install again and requested a different associate than Marnie. The gentleman put me on hold for ten minutes to come back on and say they had no one else besides her that could help me but I could go to the local store for assistance. I’ll probably try the Wareham store again as I still want to get my flooring installed as I’m attempting to match my first floor and the floors are a Lowes exclusive product, but I feel like I am stuck in the episode of South Park where the characters are attempting to deal with the cable company and the cable company is being purposefully difficult.

I finished my DIY project with a patio, I bought composite filler at the fishing store, because it was the only one there that was gray in color. Thank you as always for having everything in stock and always at low prices.

This review has been revised. Originally 1 star because I ordered a lawn mower online which arrived damaged due to shipping. After 2+ hours trying to get help, I was told that to replace it I had to buy another one, which they ordered for me, and drive the damaged one to a Lowe's before getting a refund for that one. Then I received a call from Lowe's because the mower was strictly an online order so they could not get it for me. Now I'm out the cost of two mowers since they charged my account for the second. Two charges, no mower and me having to haul the heavy damaged package a half hour away to return it in order to get a refund.
HOWEVER, the next day Lowe's called having cancelled and refunded my second order, was sending someone to come pick up my damaged mower. Now I am fully refunded for both. My advice is to beware when ordering online. Even though the local Lowe's (online) said the mower was in stock, it wasn't. We finally ordered the same mower one more time online and it is arriving supposedly in a day. Crossing fingers.

Placed an order for mulch when it was on sale. Unfortunately my local store ran out so it was set for pu at a different location that showed stock and they accepted the order. The next day I'm going to pu and decided to call first and good thing I did they canceled the order because they resold the product I ordered and prepaid for. I couldn't get any help on the phone but I did go pu other items at my local store and found out, the day after the sale price expired they miraculously have more than enough but again double the cost.
My 4 star review is for the young lady in customer service who not only helped me with other items but when we were chatting she noticed that the other location canceled the mulch so she asked if I still wanted it, I did but not at double the cost. She was able to hold the sale price only downfall is now I have to carry and spread 35 bags of mulch.

Came in looking for a door, couldn't find anyone to help, so I politely ask Maggie of we could have someone help us. I started to walk away and then I heard her insulting me and making fun of me. Very upsetting.
Lisa on the other hand was FANTASTIC!! Funny, knowledgeable, patient, and got the job done!!! Thank you Lisa!!!
