I just like to say I am so pleased Midas in Wareham with Gary and Stanley I had my brakes done several months ago how far and I went go see them in Wareham and explain the situation they told me Mr pires bring the vehicle in will check it out hour later they called me they said we're going to replace him rotors and pads for free I had them done at another one which I wasn't pleased but now they were so great and Karen and respectful and trusted I will return to that one again thank you so much Gary and Stanley what great service I think one of the best they never asked any questions just bring it in will take care of it 💯👍

I have been going to this shop since the very first oil change I got when I moved to Mass for school. My truck is incredibly special to me and finding a new mechanic when I came up here was a little nerve wracking. Gary, Brittany, Stanley and their team have become a part of my family. They explain every step, piece, part, and price in a way that I always understand and feel comfortable with. When my truck decided to not stop going 55 down the highway, I towed her straight to Midas and they talked me off the wall and had her breaks good as new. I’ve gotten countless oil changes and road trip look-overs and I always leave the shop feeling very well taken care of. Everyone there is honest and trustworthy, I’ve never felt at all taken advantage of. I will never stop sending my friends and family here and recommending this shop whenever I can!

Updating my review: Midas charged $393 to swap out a HID headlight bulb - Just the bulb - the bulb was $306, labor $87. The OEM part goes for about $120 and knockoffs for $20-30. I just watched my new mechanic swap out the bulb again in 12 minutes. Gary at Midas told me the bulb markup to $306 was "just the way his price matrix works". I won't use Midas again.
Original review 5 stars: Brought my car in to do some basic maintenance stuff. The guys were pleasant, efficient, and fast. In the course of doing the work they discovered, and showed me, a couple of broken springs. I did a little research to confirm the necessity of the repair and to check market repair costs. They were slightly on the high end, and when I pointed that out they offered a discount to bring the price down for this unexpected repair. Their prices were in line with market, overall fair and reasonable. There were a couple of ways they could have tried to gouge me - as a single woman I am always alert for those kind of games - but they didn't. I will use them again.

I was blown away by the customer service I received at Midas when I ran into an issue with my boat trailer tire that needed immediate attention. I called 5 other shops in the area and not one of them gave me the time of day until I called Brittany at Midas. She was kind and understanding of my issue and made me feel like I was the only customer she had that day, even though they were extremely busy. Many of these shops book out weeks in advance, but the fact that Brittany and Gary went out of their way to address my issue the same day goes to show you the quality people Midas has in their Wareham shop. The team at Midas exudes a "customer first" mentality and it was felt from the minute Brittany answered the phone until I left 45 minutes later with my trailer tire fixed and back on the road. Thank you, Midas!
