I brought my 2009 Corolla in for a basic oil change. I have used this same location before and always paid the lower-priced option… This time, the employee told me my car “required” synthetic as the employee went to move my car. I trusted this was correct, figured the usual $60/70 price I had paid years ago was synthetic then.
When I questioned why the total was over $100 instead of around $70 like usual, I was told my engine “needed” the premium synthetic. My car would take nothing else. Again, an 09 Corolla. After leaving, I researched and confirmed that this is not accurate and that the lower-priced service is completely acceptable for a 2009 Corolla.
I went back to resolve it. Instead of a normal refund, the employee became very rude, raised his voice, and said they “can’t” refund to my card. Said all I could get as next oil change free— no thanks, I live in NB now and this was out of the way for me (I came here specifically bc I knew I was in the area and years ago had excellent experiences!) Then he claimed he would have to drain the oil and replace it with conventional oil instead, which sounds like a waste of time and product and was an intimidation tactic. When I said I didn’t want them touching my car again (he was so aggressive at this point I was afraid they’d intentionally damage my car) l, he threw $40 cash at me and told me never to return.
I have never experienced a shop handle a mistake this unprofessionally. Which leads to me to believe it was fully a dishonest tactic to take advantage of an unsure young woman who was alone. I warn anyone else who is potentially vulnerable in a situation like this to AVOID!!!

Great experience and friendly service. I needed my oil changed today because I am going to have some unexpected travel in the next few days. Not only did they change my oil and wiper blades in about 10 minutes, they also vacuumed the entire interior and cleaned the dashboard! Will definitely be back.

Before starting the service I asked if they had 0-20 DEXOS certified oil, I was expecting them to use Mobil 1 ESP X2 0W‑20 (officially Dexos D-certified) I was told “yes, 0-20”.
When I got the receipt it listed Mobil Super Synthetic 0-20. Although it’s the right weight it’s not DEXOS certified. He basically misled me to believe they had the right oil. When confronted, he said “it’s fine, we do it all the time on those trucks “
If you have a Duramax DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Also just checked. Got some piece of crap generic oil filter that’s not branded at all. Just a white filter that only says made in China. Going to a Mobil branded business I’d expect a Mobil oil filter? Is that crazy to ask?

I couldn't afford Tyrese higher accolades due to his stellar customer service, knowledge, and performance on each occasion at this location. My confidence in him is the main reason that I will continue to come back to this Mobil One. He generously shares his mastery and understanding in any question I bring to him concerning my vehicle. My anxieties are always quelled when I ask for advice or answers from Tyrese. I highly recommend this Mobil One to anyone who expects superior maintenance on their vehicle. I'm always happy and relieved after my car is serviced here. Thanks again Mobil One. I'll be back.

Fast, convenient. Not a Jiffy Lube type service, does offer tire check, for additional fees. It is an inspection station, and the oil change took less than 10mins.

Unless you need an oil change don’t go to this place and I’ve heard they don’t always change the oil filter . I needed a TNC inspection for Uber . I asked for them to change my tail light and was told it was too difficult on a Nissan for them to do it . What kind of mechanic can’t just change a tail light out? If I was coming in for a break job they would have taken me with no problem. This place also fails people on mass inspections on purpose to get the repairs done there. Be aware of this shady business and take your business somewhere else
