The manager called other UHaul locations in the area, and nobody had one, until he spoke woth Rony. He had just had a truck dropped off, and he was able to help us get the truck we needed to move into our first home. Rony was so friendly and quick to help us out. Fantastic customer service right when we needed it most”

“I would have given this company 5 stars until the very end spoiled it for me. The quote was fair, they showed up on time, I really liked the moving team... but after our furniture was set up in our new home. I noticed damage to our two beds... that's when there was a change of attitude. I was concerned about damage to my furniture... they were concerned about how they were going to get paid? I even spoke with the manager Wayne who didn't apologize and minimized the situation. He explained that I had chosen their standard insurance option (at that point I hadn't but made a mistake of signing something without my glasses after I got off the phone with Wayne). That paper locked me into a ridiculous insurance that provides customers with .60 cents of insurance based on the weight of the item damaged? So my $2400 dollar bed that was moved and damaged is worth $45 dollars according to the company? I was so thankful that nothing else was damaged and I didn't have damage to my home. I even thought what if the truck caught fire on the way to my new home... is our entire house of furniture and beloved items worth less than a good bottle of wine according to the insurance & the moving company... probably. The company is insured, but if you use Liberty Moving... make sure you ask the questions I didn't and that you are covered.
**Update the company did do what they said they would and are sending a tech to fix our furniture. Very pleased they came through for us and are going to fix our furniture that they damaged.”
