The owner Fran was so welcoming and made sure we had all things we needed. The breakfasts she made for us were delicious!! She was delightful to talk with during our visit! And of course, staying at Mulberry Bed and Breakfast was a great value! Thank you, Fran!!!

Lovely B and B. Very quaint and historic home. The owner is wonderful. I had a really lovely stay for work. Definitely not fancy, but a quiet and safe retreat for the weekend. Close to downtown are with shopping and restaurants.

Great little B&B on the south shore. Fran, the owner, was nice and and lent quaintness to the visit. Felt at home.
