Worst manicure ever. Paid $70 for a terrible mani… good pedi though. Woman who did my pedi was great but the man who did my manicure could not have been worse. I’d have been better off painting my own nails

On a recent vacation with my daughters, we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a nail salon. Even though they were busy, the staff was kind enough to fit us in. We showed them some photos of intricate nail designs, and they not only perfectly mimicked the photos but also added their own creative flair, making the final result even better than we imagined. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the technicians were so pleasant to chat with. The work they did was phenomenal, and my daughters couldn't stop admiring their nails. This is a must-visit spot if you're in the area and looking for amazing service and beautiful nails!

If anyone chooses to go here, make sure you book with Hannah. She’s practically the only qualified tech there. I’ve come a handful of times and truly the first time was my only positive experience- with Hannah. Every other time I’ve gone, I’ve gotten my services done with Tom. He’s awful. Super aggressive, unfriendly and overall godawful at what he does. The most recent time I came, one of my nails came off within days and the rest were lifting. Not to mention the four fingers he cut and made bleed. A week and a half later I call up to have them fix my nails. He asked me what happened and when I told him, he proceeded to gaslight me in saying “you’re doing too much”. I immediately shut it down. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. I’ve had my fair share of every type of nail tech (good, bad) and he just happens to be among the worst. Aside from that, the shop is overall unsanitary and quite small. It’s funny the things you take notice of in terms of proper sanitation after they’re pointed out. Really the only good aspect of the shop is that they’re affordable.

Booked appt in person with Hannah the owner of NAIL SPOT..1 month ago..I go to appt today and she says oh no, not today, Friday with ??? SMFH..NOOOOOOOO
Cause I wont be here then..You removed my appt? Why? I will NEVER step foot in that place again...NO respect for clients/friends WRONG JUST WRONG..

This used to be my go to spot. Now it’s too rushed and they “don’t have time” to do designs. That’s the whole reason I get my nails done. If I wanted them just painted, I would save the $ and do them at home. The nail techs also add on whatever they want to your nails even if that’s not what you asked for.

This is the absolute WORST place to go. Not only is Tommy mean but he doesn’t listen to what you are saying and what you want. I got my nails done on a Monday and but Friday I had 3 nails broken and they were so bumpy. I redid them after Kim told me she didn’t have time to do it from the beginning. I told her, they made the mistake so they need to fix it. Now not even a week later, 3 more nails have broken. I paid $50 for a dip and tips but I wouldn’t even go for free to ever go there again. Horrible service, too small, too rushed, don’t care about clients and mean.
