Staff on point, more expensive that i initially thought. You charge 200 a pet for full vacations. Well i have 3 dogs. Your shots are 10 more each than petvet at Tractor Supply. With 3 dogs ill be going back to tractor

I haven't had a bad experience shopping there (which is the only reason this isn't one star), but my review is primarily regarding their grooming services. Full disclosure: I haven't actually had my pet groomed there yet, but hear me out. I need to get a nail trim done for my newly-adopted rescue, and saw on the website that you can't book those services online, they are walk-in only. So I went with my dog to get her nails trimmed and was told that I needed to make an appointment. When I asked why it says on the website that nail trims are walk-in only, they just said I couldn't book it online, but that I needed to call. Not exactly "walk-in only" but whatever.So I called the next day to make an appointment and that part seemed to go smoothly enough. We arrived at our appointment time, they checked her rabies vaccination certificate, and just before taking her in (almost like an afterthought), the woman asked if my dog was on any medications. She is currently on prednisone and trazadone for heartworm treatment. I was informed then that they couldn't take her while she's on trazadone, so once again I had to leave without the nail trim. Something like this could very easily be verified at the time of booking the appointment (which I supposedly shouldn't even need to do in the first place), before making me drive there for no reason. Twice.

why are there no stars.... Typical woke s*** customer service from a pissed off uneducated and rude staff. I was told that the rabies tag if in date was fine. Then when we brought the dog, the rabies tag was not expectable.... CA home office policy.... The tag was a date on it and is good for at least a year the young 'lady' tried to explain to me it could be expired....... Her manager "KIT' staid it was 'PETCO LAW', No one at Petco would have told me the tag was acceptable When I gave her the gentleman's name she told me he didn't work for PETCO... So rude staff, misinformation, and claiming PETCO has the power of congress... Really wish I could give negative stars....

I went into the store with the intention of not buying anything, but after speaking with Rylie, who was working on the floor, i am about to buy 3 different animals, and apply for a job here. The customer service was excellent, and she made my experience very enjoyable.

Not impressed with the staff at this location. There's a bunch of privately owned pet shops in and around the area. I'd suggest those as they have way more inventory, products and some event self serve wash stations (plus everything to use). We had a few questions and the staff member we kindly asked for assistance was not interested with helping. If you need basics, sure go there. But if you are looking for anything more, I'd go elsewhere. Also a lot more leash options, harnesses and more elsewhere. (Only giving advice from Dog perspective.)

We have been bringing our dogs to Petco for years. Always done within the time stated. Staff always does an excellent job and our dogs enjoy their spa day.

Ashley provided exceptional grooming results and the cost was reasonable. I would have given 5 stars except for the grooming staff's inability to forecast work time. I made an appt for 3pm, was asked to change to 2pm and my dog would be ready in 3 hours. It actually took 4 hours to complete 1,5 hours of work. I really like the quality of Petco grooming services and hesitate to go elsewhere, but you need to improve scheduling and forecasting.

As someone relatively new to the fishkeeping world, I ventured to Petco to begin my aquatic journey. I was met by passionate staff and kind service. Staff member Dillon (Dylan?) offered great advice and guided me in the right direction. Similarly, staff member Joe was exceptionally polite and were both very focused on getting the job done. I have never been to such a dedicated Petco before and will definitely be returning soon. (Also, I saw a pile of ferrets snuggling, and that alone is worth the trip.)

Bought a huge 50 gallon fish tank and the employee helped me wheel it out and even climbed in my car to help it fit! Super nice and super appreciative of her help!
