Changed gym,,not for me,,they had a 30 min. W/o area,,nice for new members,,some need confidence, they r not gonna want to w/o in reg gym..own room build confidence..need it..also reg gym members r not gonna wait for a person using all machines,,also those who need alittle boost,lose those who need it most..

The assistant manager Cassara is wonderful. She's welcoming and non-judgmental and I love how well she enforces the planet fitness policies with tact and EMPATHY. It is super important to have staff members who prioritize keeping a comfortable environment for the community. Give the kid a raise!
