I use to bank with Citizens on the cape until the branch manager told me he was leaving to work at another bank. Upon his leaving I immediately opened a new account and transferred to Rockland. The customer service I was use to was just unapparelled this day in age. 10/10 if I ever need anything or have any questions I know I can stop in and get a quick and timely resolve or answer. I'll never forget the help I got in buying my home and the stress from transferring large sums of money was all but none thanks to this branch and it's team.

As the pandemic has closed your lobby the East Wareham branch should consider an express lane at the drive-thru. I've been waiting ober 7 minutes for a vehicle that's not moved from the window. The other line has had 3 cars go through so far. All I want to do is cash a check. You MUST be able to run this more efficiently. 9 minutes waiting now. 1:52 p.m. 4/20/20. You must be able to handle this a lot better. 12 minutes, other side moving still. 15 minutes this has taken and there was another car waiting ahead of me already behind the vehicle already at the window. Ridiculous!!!!
