I go to Shaws in wareham almost EVERY single day, usually use self check out to avoid backing up lines but I wasn’t feeling good yesterday & decided to go to a line with a cashier. I found out almost immediately I made the wrong choice. The cashier Brenda was so rude to the point of wanting to cry IN FRONT of my son. I tried to be polite but she kept making remarks. I had to use my EBT card & she thought I didn’t see her make a smirk to the older lady behind me which was more embarrassing on top of her speaking rudely to me . I did wait to speak to a manager because that is extremely inappropriate, I was informed she is a constant problem for employees & customers & they have been trying to find ways to fire her . I usually love the atmosphere at Shaws until yesterday’s encounter.

I love shaws and shop
There daily
but the cashier Brenda is so rude and ignorant every single time with her rude comments , laughing at people for using their ebt cards , talking about customers to other customers , She needs to be fired

Deplorable..
Long lines, over priced, canned goods bought 3 and 2 were expired...Went to the cookie section and there was a mouse
My 2 nd visit didn't see any mice but the lines ridiculous 15 deep at the deli get to the check outs just as bad..Felt like I was at the registry

Made an online order for pick up. Order was over $350 but when we got home realized that a substantial amount of our order was missing. Had to return to the store the next day to buy all the missing items again. Requested a refund for the $60 of missing items and told that it was too large to be refunded immediately and that they would have to get the store to take care of it. Was told I would hear within 5-7 days but that has passed and no updates despite reaching out again. I use online ordering with other stores and have never experienced this issue. Would definitely not recommend pick up at this store.

Conveniently located grocery store for the Wareham area. Fairly comprehensive offering of fresh produce, dry goods, meat, dairy, seafood, frozen and refrigerated foods, bakery, beverages, personal care products, pet food, cleaning products, etc. Seems to have better pricing than other supermarket chains in the area. Ample parking.

Ok, So working all day stop in for FOOD.....At deli counter for 10 mins....Two others besides me waiting. No ticket machine anymore for numbered serving ? The first 5 mins standing there I can see three Shaw's employees off to the left in the back, doing whatever back there....while we stand around waiting for no one coming to help. Hey manager I GOT A TIP FOR YA. When a critical employee calls in sick or leaves early or the deli department is understaffed. YOU STAY IN THE STORE BEYOND YOUR 8HRS AND FILL IN WHERE NEEDED !!! THAT IS THE EXAMPLE A LEADER SETS FOR HIS STAFF....

Bathrooms and store are gross and are not managed at all. Toilet dispenser is broken and one stall in the bathroom is broken and opens by itself. Shelves are unorganized or not stocked at all. Will not be back!
