These people, especially Wanda and Mike P are AWESOME! They are the best of the best for customer service. Last week, I hit a rock with my 390 CPMY HOLODECK. I called around and no one was really "excited" about helping me get this repaired. It was "Call back in a week" etc. I wintered at Zecco last year and gave Wanda a call. She spoke to Mike and told to "bring it on down" and they could get right on it. I had it at their dock Monday afternoon. She reserved a service slip for me to tie up on. The NEXT morning Mike P called and said he had my boat hauled and the propeller off. He had a shop that he could send it to, but knew my timeline was very tight. he told me that if I could get the prop sooner, it was OK with him. So I took the prop and got one to him by Friday AM. Mike called me at 11:00 AM, and said in addition to installing the prop, he also replaced the cutlass bearings AND painted them. I had her back in her slip at Taylor's Point before 3:00 PM, readying HOLODECK for my trip. Mike and Wanda, I cannot thank you enough for the GREAT service and SUPER customer service. I am so glad to be on your customer list. I hope that I never do damage like this again, but if I do, I know who will be the first I call. the biggest shout out of THANK YOU possible.
