The printer I selected was available in the store for immediate pick-up. The clerk took the time to find a coupon for the printer I was not aware and saved me $30.00

I usually don’t write reviews, but I just had to share about my experience yesterday evening at this Staples store. Both Shawn and Brendan were amazing at completing a somewhat challenging and confusing job! Because of a glitch in my computer system pages for my almost 25 page document were not really in order. Shawn helped me lay them out systematically, giving me not more than I could put together easily! I needed 7 copies of the document . He was very patient. I also was so impressed with the color copies and the quality of the paper. I have not seen such high-quality paper at any other print store. Even though he said he wouldn’t be able to have it done by yesterday evening he worked diligently and completed the whole job while I was there. So they both get an A+ and I highly recommend this store! I’d drive out of my way to give my business to this Staples.

Last night I ordered a cardstock print out of a birthday card, it said it would be ready to pick up at 5:30PM today. I showed up just past 6 assuming the place would be open, however I met Sean who was outside closing the building. he let me know it was closed but asked if what I needed was important, I told him the situation and he went back in to grab my order for me. absolutely wonderful service, I beyond appreciate it. it's rare I write a review but I needed to. thank you so much.

Workers were extremely rude. They would rather talk amongst themselves instead of help costumers than when they had to help costumers they acted as if they were doing the costumer a favor. Most employees here had bad attitudes. Will not be coming back to this location.

I run a small business and purchase an HP printer in September that never worked properly. HP tech support gave me the run around for weeks trying to avoid honoring the one year warranty. I called the store and they told me the separate protection plan I purchase through Staples would cover everything and I could return the printer and they'd help me pick out a new one. We chose a Brother printer and had a Staples technician come install it. Our technician was Trent and he was fast and friendly. So far the new printer works great and we couldn't be happier!

Came in for some headphones for work calls. Sean was really helpful but not pushy. Was in and out pretty fast. One of the better staples I've been to. Nice job Sean.

Overall I like this store. All employees I’ve encountered before my experience today have been professional and friendly. This afternoon on my work break I had Amazon returns and opted to return them to this store because I’ve enjoyed my experiences shopping at this location. There was a bit of a line and that wasn’t an issue. The same employee that I’m writing this review in regards to apologized for the line for returns. When I got to the counter with my returns, had my codes ready for the returns. Employee told me they need to scan it twice which I’m aware of and understood. The code zoomed out and a work text came through so I cleared the text and zoomed back into the return code for the employee to scan. His response to me was “like I already said, I need to scan the code twice.” I was taken aback by his rudeness and slightly speechless. I explained I was zooming back into the code for him to scan the second time. He then complained that I zoomed in too far and that’s why he had to hold the scanning gun the way he was. Not for nothing but I am hard of hearing and my hearing aids were visible. But again I had actually heard the employee. Don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but just be aware and mindful that it’s not ok to be rude regardless of what kind of day you’re having. He was a tall, younger guy, seemingly friendly at first. But unfortunately experiences like this can turn people away from wanting to return to a location. I myself have worked in the customer service field and understand frustrations that come with it, but this was uncalled for.

I happened to be approached by a courteous associate while browsing laptops recently and ended up actually being the General Manager (Mike). I was there with an old faulty laptop and he fully diagnosed the issues. The best part is that there wasn't any up-selling and pushy tactics to do anything. It was all about helping the customer with their issue and am resolving it for them without the B.S. I happened to be in the market for a new laptop as well and Trent walked me through it all. Shout-out to Mike (GM) and Trent for being the hospitable one-stop shop for the tech needs for the area.
