Customer Service - not at this Stop and Shop. Encountered a very unhappy, rude, Jennifer, who definitely should not be in front of customers. There is not "Customer Service" with this employee. This person should be in the back not customer facing. Serious training and a smile would benefit her.

Shopping there for some perishable items today 7/8 and I’m glad I checked the expiration dates before buying some of them, hummus and guac expired last month and not as bad was the Lunchables expire in four days from today then I made my way to get some canned soup and found that expired December 2023. I’ve had to deal with retail before and I know it’s difficult to get people to check every product but 7 months past expiration is sad.

The self checkout scanners are not working. No one at the help desk had a clue about when they would be repaired. These scanners make my shopping more efficient and convenient, because I like to put all the produce in one bag, all the dry goods in another bag, etc. while I'm shopping, and then not have to bag everything at checkout. It's a major reason why I use this store. Hopefully, someone will take note and get them fixed.
