Sorry for the delay, but I was at the Wareham store at the end of October 2023 and Kat was awesome! She was patient with answering all my questions and helped me out with my upgrade on my phone and new smart watch. I'm bummed she's going to a store further away. I wish her all the best in her new location.

Sean has phenomenal customer service - very low key and welcoming. He found some common ground with me - both of us from California. He got me the exact products I needed - no hassle no issues. I would definitely return to this store. Very friendly vibe from patrons and employees.

Excellent customer service today! Went in with a problem with my phone and I was pleasantly greeted by Foster. Took him no longer than a minute to fix my phone! Thank you Foster, I appreciate your help and great customer service!

Woman was extremely rude when trying return my phone and seeing about bringing my # over avoid rae and go to Jared or the other gentleman.very crazy attitude when I was explaining my side and my question on how much my bill would go up because trade in promotion etc got zero help then was almost not even able to return the phone but other gentleman figured it out turns out the help I was looking for was next too her!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICEI went yesterday in there to check some phones because I wanted to upgrade my phone .... the guy in there was so rude unpolite unprofessional.... I don't know why he acted like that I hope it is not because I'm foreigner.... I told him I'm leaving to another store .... by the way he is not wearing a badge with his name unprofessional

I really can not give this store a fair rating. The person working by herself the day I stopped was not able to help us, she had only been working there for 3 weeks.Sadly that was the same thing she had to tell the 3 people in front of us also.

Called for help because the 1800 number doesn't help you, they said they'd call back and never did. On par for all the other stores in the area. Tmobile clearly doesn't care about their customers.

I went in experiencing troubles with my phone. I googled it and had what I thought was the answer, it needed a new sim card. She completely dismissed me and made me feel almost stupid for having an idea of what was wrong with it. She also said that would never be the case, but I then went to get it fixed at apple and I was right, it was the sim card. Just honestly irritated that something that would be a quick fix was passed off.

Super rude!! My phone has been not working for weeks and every time I come in i’m blown off!! Not only are the workers rude but they’re not helpful!! They just pass off the work by saying “you need to go to apple” when i try to say ive been to apple and they referred me back to t-mobile!! ugh!!!

Horrible customer service. Purchased phone 2 months ago and charged me twice for phone case. Took several calls and visits before they could reverse the duplicate charge. Then last week bought a screen protector and had then install it. Within minutes of leaving the store it started to lift and peel off. Left negative review on survey and manager just said sorry for experience but didn't offer to replace. Called to check they have it in stock and can replace for free and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer before I hung up. Highly do not recommend.
