Terrible experience trying to open a business account. I have opened 20 business accounts in my life and all you need to provide is a certificate from your local town of your business. They wanted 4 things proving my address which I had. They nit picked every document to make and excuse not to open it then blocked my personal account for fraud. Worst banking experience of my life avoid these people at this branch and this bank in general at all costs!

For a bank that’s slogan is all about convenience, the service and especially the attitude of the teller, Gina, we dealt with was terrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful and downright rude. Not an ounce of empathy.
I was with my elderly mother who was trying to address an issue caused by my father being in the hospital and the woman who “took care of us” couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. I would certainly never bank with TD as a result and would suggest avoiding this branch if possible.
Update: we had to return to the bank and this time we were helped by Owen, who was cheerful, kind and exceptionally helpful.

We went here to transfer our local business account from Santander. The female account manager was extremely rude. Her tone was belittling, arrogant, and ignorant. I went with an employee of our who happened to also be female. She couldn't believe the way this woman was behaving. I couldn't allow myself to be treated like I was a dog by a Karen. BTW the place was filled with Karens all working there. Not a single male in the entire bank. We ended up going to Cape Cod 5 which is the oldest local bank in the area and couldn't be more happy. I highly suggest going to Cape Cod 5 and forgetting this terribly managed location.

Unnecessarily rude...all we wanted was to open a bank account for my friend and the person who handled us was Katrina...she found just lame reasons for not doing her job...and claiming that we need to open an account only in the state we live..it's MY PERSONAL CHOICE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT ANYWHERE I WANT..worst ever customer service..She just does not want to do her Job.Steer clear of this bank..just because we are from India we were given this treatment.

I close my account with Dawn and after a few month I received a letter saying that you owed money for maintenance fee I will sue them big time if they don’t removed my name from their collection because I went to the bank withdrawn my money and close the account I hate their customer service that’s why I close the account I will never recommend friends and families there

Polite helpful and friendly staff, but it's been 5days and still my money is not available to me even after I called and was told it would be..could have gone to check cashing company and got cash that day???

Katrina helped me today and she was fantastic! I've been a customer with TD bank for 20 yrs (since it was Family Bank) and continue to be impressed with their customer service!

They completely suck, the most inconvenient bank. They hold my paycheck, I can't even get my money. They put me on hold on the phone for 35 minutes, when I gave my phone number to talk to someone, nobody ever called me back. Me, my friends and relatives will never go there again ever
