My daughter loves this place. Don't come in here unless you have money to spend....Because most of it is pop culture trending and not cheap. Great place to get little crafts and things to keep them occupied on long trips.

I have a crown rewards card which I have used for years but they won't honor it anymore unless I give them my phone number. I am not giving out my number so I will shop elsewhere. You now have one less customer to deal with.

I had the worst experience. The clerks were so entitled and rude. They were in the back talking smack about the customers thinking no one could hear. Beware of the old witches who need extensive therapy because they hate themselves so much they can’t help but bring others down, which harassment like that is against company policy.

love the Paper Store. been here a few times. my wife put me on to it. most recently they actually had Santa and ms clause in store for people to bring their children to see and it was free. you could take pictures and video with your own Phones/Cameras which was cool. we were first in line so that was a huge plus and after they gave my kids candy canes and slime which they enjoyed. very cool of the paper store to do this since money gotten tight and allowed for my kids to still get to see santa

Great selection of different clothes, gifts, cards, etc. Staff was very friendly and nice. Ended up getting a sweater and boots for fall here. Overall great experience.

I would like to place a complaint about the store in Wareham MA. I left the store feeling discriminated against during my shopping experience. I visited with my mother and my 5 month old daughter to look for a pair of jeans to purchase for the fall season. I found two pairs in which I held in my hands to be able to decide which pair I would take while looking at other items in the store. The store manager PAULA decided to come up to me and insist that she take the jeans and put them at the front counter even though I mentioned I would like to keep them to decide which I would like to purchase, she grabbed them right out of my hands and told me if I want to decide which pair I would like that I can decide at the register. This made me feel targeted and I left the store without purchasing anything. I am a frequent shopper and I love visiting this store however I will not be back due to the unprofessional experience I had today. I am sad to say you have lost a customer and I will be letting friends and family know of this. I am so disappointed that I could not shop in store without feeling this way. Please hire managers who treat all customers fairly and with RESPECT!
