Where to begin….
My partner and I reserved a trailer for our cross country move for 12/23/21. When we arrived they told us they did not have the smaller sized trailer I reserved weeks prior and “upgraded” is to a larger trailer. We expressed our concern about the size of the trailer and the towing capacity of our car. They assured us over and over that the hitch could tow 4500lbs despite us saying the car could only tow 2500lbs. The manager called us on the employee’s phone so of course the call wasn’t recorded where he gave us his word we would have no problems towing the trailer. When we finally pulled away the hitch was so close to the ground that it kept getting caught on the pavement. We turned around and went back and had to argue with them that the trailer was too low to the ground. They “fixed” it and we were on our way. We get to the middle of the country and our car starts to shake to the point we almost got hit by a truck because we lost control of the car. Turns out the trailer was too heavy and it snapped the front axle of the car. We were stranded in Nebraska for 10 days because Uhaul took 3 business days to process our request for help. It was new years so of course we had to wait even longer. Since we didn’t hear from them we had to pay movers to come pack our stuff up and move it the rest of the way. We were constantly reaching out to Uhaul for help with no response. We ended up missing our flight we had planned once we got to CA. We lost over $15,000 from hotels, car repairs, and the additional moving company (who lost and damaged our belongings). We were moving to the west coast for a new start with plenty of money but thanks to U-Haul’s complete negligence we lost almost everything and endured one of the worst situations in our life. Avoid this place at all costs. I finally found the mental capacity to revisit this situation and write this review.

Failure to do there job and realize there mistake. Will never use this location again. Thankfully U-Haul themselves was able to help me somewhat but not really

I go to this location often to rent uhaul trucks. The women in the office are always very helpful. They go above and beyond for the customer. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a truck rental or storage.

Do not go through this company. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady from start to finish never not once did they do their job correctly which now I see why they didn’t because they charge you for damages you didn’t create. Please if this place charged you for damages you know you didn’t do report them. I can only imagine how many people they charged for the same tire damage photo they probably just keep reusing it. The photo is so clearly old the damage was worn down and not fresh at all. Brought the photo to Firestone and Sullivans tires. They even said you can tell it’s an old issue. Manager doesn’t even return phone calls either. They need to be closed down

Top notch customer service. We have rented trucks from this establishment a few times and have always been very happy with the courteous service (offered cold water when it was very hot outside) and well maintained vehicles.
