It's my local post office. To the employees, I am sincerely sorry our town requires us to go to the post to receive our mail. We don't want to come and use your facilities either. But if you hate your jobs as much as you demonstrate to the public, please find a new one. I literally do everything in my power to take my business else where. I would rather drive the 40 minute round trip to the UPS store on the other side of town than walk a half a block to give you any more money than I absolutely have to.
Again to the employees, I'm sorry customers exist. How dare we.

I just want to say the new lady working at the Onset PO should take a few classes in customer service. She is very condescending, full of herself, and refused to admit her part in our recent issue. I put in a complaint, and when I grabbed my package today, she made sure to tell me she didn't get in any trouble! Are you kidding me???? Are we 10 year olds???? All I wanted was my package, she should have said have a nice day, and that's it! She also pointed out my grandson's disability which an adult should NEVER do!!! Shame on her if she thinks it's ok to do that!

Seeing the only way we get mail is thru the Post Office I would thing the lobby hours would be better & more convenient for working individuals. The closing at lunch time is annoying to me. As far as the Staff, Always been pleasant & helpful. Wishing Sandy the best in her retirement, she has always been super nice & helpful.

Terrific. The two ladies at the post office are ALWAYS so helpful, friendly and patient. Since we're only here during the summer, we always have some last minute situation they help us with.... Which they do with kindness and a smile. Thank you!

Helpful staff, mail is always correctly sorted. Since we can't have mailboxes at our houses, this works out fine.

Arrogant Staff. Place seems low on workers. They don't receive items when tracking says they have arrived. If you move here, find a different usps to get packages and letters.

So far so good I get a free P.O. Box because I own a home here in Onset so far I’ve not had any issues with the P.O. Box. Everyone here is very nice. The only problem I have is that parking is a huge pain especially in summer I always come in after they return from lunch to avoid the morning rush. I’ve never experienced not having a mailbox outside my home before I do think it’s a big pain and behind the times I hope it changes and they decide to add mail delivery to the property’s for the people who live here full time. Other then my few complaints it’s not all that big of a deal.

Wonderful experience I just had two minutes ago. I am disabled and can never get to the PO so my husband had to leave work early so he could grab my medical package that has been there for quite awhile. The PO closes at 4:30, which i didn't know so he was going to be a minute late but the lady so kindly put them in one of the boxes and put the key in our PO Box so my husband could get them. I know this doesn't sound like much of a big deal but if you can't walk and rely on another, it really is. I dont know her name but if your reading this I just want to say Thank you.

I've had this PO Box for about a year and I don't get much mail, but when I do it's always been sorted immediately and ready for me. If my package is too big, they are always ready to grab it from the back for me and find it right away. Super friendly too!

Always Losing my mail always getting other people's mail and get my bills late and the guy with the spiky hair hes an a****** I've been at this post office for over 15 years and never had a problem with the postal worker's till the old grumpy fart started working if I could give 0 stars I would

For some reason my name is not showing up. I am Debbie, not Kacey. This PO is the worst. Since they do NOT deliver in Onset you get a PO Box. I wish they would let us pick which one we would like to use, as it would not be Onset! I waited for 5 min. to get a package while the arrogant worker was "outside getting his afternoon fresh air". This was only an hour & a half after they were closed for lunch! No apologies! I have had many issues with this place but it never gets better.
