Pretty good. I had Lauren do a thick 2 color dye, blonde over red. Only thing I didn't notice in the light there, before I left, is that the red bled into the blonde. Not thrilled about that. So I'm a bit orange. ? I did order some No Orange shampoo on advice from a friend who owns a salon in Florida. Hopefully, that helps. Lauren is very sweet, \\u0026 overall quite thorough. Just not sure how much experience she has doing this type of color.

I had a wonderful hour and a half massage today with Tina, I ve never been to this establishment and was very pleased at what I saw when I entered, a very clean and spacious lower level with a carpeted staircase that leads upstairs to the massage rooms. The massage room was absolutely beautiful, a lovely wall piece with a flickering flame,flickering artifi cial candles throughout the room,a little sit down with Tina to get to know each other a bit and discuss what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable with Tina and she did a wonderful job with a gentle flowing massage and she even provided the Ylang Ylang essential oils I had requested. A really great experience and I booked for next month.I really appreciate the time Tina took to understand how much stress I have been going through and actually reassured me that things would be OK This was the total experience that someone looking for a relaxed atmosphere and relaxing massage. I took my daughter to get her hair highlighted, trim, and then blown out this past Saturday. Her appointment was for 9:15 a.m. we arrived early. The hairstylist took us to the chair my daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and she said that my daughter wants a balayage i said ok and they began. Now my daughter has long, thick hair and the stylist didnt say anything about that being an issue or anything. Now I didnt leave this place until after 3pm!!! The cost was $312!! When she brought my daughter over to me her hair looked dried, fried and wasnt even brushed or blown out! I told the woman that I can tell from my daughters face she didnt like it but didnt want to say so as not to hurt her feelings but i didnt think it was worth over 300! The color was not the color shown in the picture and her hair was so frizzy and half wet half dry I was in disbelief! Now in the 6 hours I was there this woman washed and trimmed 3 other people while we just sat and waited. I asked if I could get a discount for all the time we waited and the fact that my daughter wasnt happy and i was greeted with a laugh and stare I would like to know where that woman got her license to do hair because honestly it should be revoked! The color is like strawberry blonde on some parts and blonde on others no consistency whatsoever! If you as a professional cant handle a certain type of hair, be it the length, thickness or anything else that is on you to tell the customer! And you should make sure your customers are happy with your service I was not happy my poor daughter isnt happy and neither is my pocket the price was ridiculous. I will not be returning there to get hair done and honestly I should have fought harder to get a discount because that was the worst experience ever! 6 hours down the drain, 300 down the drain my child had a headache and was left unhappy!Services: Balayage

My granddaughter went to get her hair done..and the girl who did her hair ,needs more experience working with all types of hair and styles..very disappointed the amount of money my daughter paid for a hairstyle that isn't even close to what she asked for..she shouldn't have charged her that ridiculous amount for a sloppy job..

Kathy was absolutely wonderful! She took my mom and I last minute. She gave us both exactly what we wanted with our hair. She was professional, fair priced and clearly knew what she was doing. She did an amazing job and I’m SO happy with my hair! I’m very picky about new hair dressers, but she knocked the ball out of the park. Go to her!!!! Warren is worth the drive if you want your hair done well. Plus she has the cutest little kitten walking around who’s super sweet.Services: Balayage

I have found it difficult to find someone to cut my hair the way I like it and that would be: The way I NEED it to look. It must be the same everytime for my business. Not only is the owner very good at fulfilling that need she and her crew are light hearted and friendly. I always enjoy stopping in.
