The latest one star comment is absolutely correct they are the biggest scammer EVER. So basically they claim that they had to buy those expensive clothes for the work and when I was watching the worker there they didn’t even had a mask on smh..avoid this company at all cost, they likes to threaten you about putting lean on your house if your insurance is refusing to pay all the ridiculous stuff that they are claiming they used..big headaches

These guys are borderline thieves. Our basement flooded about 3-4 years ago and I was recommended these guys from a person I no longer trust. They did a good job clearing out everything but the problem was I had very good insurance and the quote they gave us was accepted 24 hours after. The two days later they amended the quote saying they did things they absolutely did not do and added 7500 more dollars on the original quote they gave our insurance. They claimed they had to buy and wear expensive chemical suits that I know for a fact they didn’t because I was there that whole time taking the week off.
They then tried to fight it but did not win. But during the fight they threaten to take a lean out of our house and spoke to my wife in a threatening tone that they did not have when I spoke to them . All and all it did not work but this is the type of people they are. They saw a young couple who are new house owners and saw how good our insurance was and tried to pull a fast one. Well it didn’t work! Be careful

After experiencing a disastrous emergency and several attempts to alocate a restoration Company to help us, Lily's Restoration was the only one who didn't hesitate to help. They were quick concise and prompt to start dealing with my emegancy. This crew thus far has shown dedication & attentive to details! Very professional and thorough with their work. I have no complaints and is very satisfied with their work so far. I recommend them to any who needs a restoration disaster clean up.

Lilly's came within 2 hours of calling them on a Sunday when the basement in our new home had flooded. They helped us discover the source of flooding and helped get all the water out of the basement, as well as set up a short term fix to stop the issue from continuing. They are very adaptable and knowledgeable, and have great communication with us. Highly recommend them!

This is the best company I've ever worked with. They came out the day I called and they came every day until the work was done. they explained everything in a way I could understand and they were very accommodating to our schedule also. They got. rid of all the water damage. They painted, put up Sheetrock, put in flooring and worked on the roof. it all came out beautifu. I would hire them again in a second. Their prices are extremely reasonable.
