“Tiny but adorable post office in the small town of Wheelwright. I walked in & was helped immediately upon entrance. Greeted pleasantly by a very friendly, professional postal clerk. I wish I got her name to sing her praises. She had a lovely personality & sense of humor, joking about how if you blinked, you may miss the post office, because of it's small size. I asked to see a variety of stamps, she was happy to show me what was available, and apologized for the limited selection. I found a book that was perfect & thanked her kindly. Terrific, fast service! Will definitely return on the future. Great place to go if you're in a hurry & need some postal service.”

“Today I visited the West Brookfield post office for the first time in years, and I was quite apprehensive due to previous experiences. In the past, dealing with the staff there had been uncomfortable, as the two women who worked there were often unhelpful and not very friendly.
However, today I encountered the new postmaster, and she completely transformed my experience! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my visit a pleasant one. It was refreshing to see such a positive change.”
