Highly recommend! I called just 5 minutes ahead to replace brake pads and was helped right away. The customer service was excellent—both the woman who answered the phone and the gentleman who gave me a fair quote went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready by the end of the day.

This is the best place I have gone to. The owner is so honest, fair and understanding. He provides the most straightforward quote and willing to work to help you get the car back as fast as possible. Will only come back to this place from now on. Too bad I can give 10 stars

I only have positive things to say about this place. George is amazing and can diagnose and fix any problem. Seta is lovely and warm and welcoming. They take the time to get to know their customers, chat with them, and make sure all of their auto-repair needs are met.
I've taken my car in for several different things, from routine oil changes, to power steering issues, to mystery problems. They have always taken care of me quickly and honestly. George even replaced some cables free of charge. You should definitely visit and use them for all your auto repairs!

I’ve been coming to A&A Auto for years! Car problems were beyond stressful up until I found this mechanic shop. The mechanic is very skilled at his craft and successfully fixed every single car problem I threw his way and the receptionist is amazing! She’s so kind and genuine and created a comfortable atmosphere for me every visit. Also, they can take care of inspections which is great… the Watertown mall is right around the corner so I would drop my car off and take a quick walk to target or the mall to walk around and browse and before I know it the cars ready for me. Everyone needs a trustworthy and genuine mechanic! It’s definitely a necessity so if you want to share my experience please pay them a visit you won’t regret it.

Very nice shop great prices they do great work and very honest .
I have about 16 work vans they maintain all of them .

Avoid this place for state inspection. they are not honest. We had lunch nearby, and want to do the state inspection at the same time. this place is close which was why I went to this place. They looked around my car and asked me if everything is good. I said yes since I just did the maintenance and replaced brake as well. the guy said ok and asked me to come back in an hour. and when I came back, they said they put the stick on but changed the third break light bulb and charged me $30. I questioned about this since I just checked last night it was working, and also why it is so expense to replace a $3 light bulb in 2 minutes, and why didn't ask me before they did anything on my car. The lady said it has MUTIPLE light bulbs!!!!! (the true is only one buld in the light house if they did open and replace it), and then the other guy said I should appreciate they replaced the light bulb directly so the inspection can pass. Actually I don't, they should ask me before they do anything on my car. It is obviously it is how they cheat people and get money from you (no matter how much). I am lucky since my car is in excellent condition, but you will never know what they would do on your car if it is old.Service: Vehicle Inspection
