I brought my safe in to have the lock-popped after I had lost the key for it. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They open the safe relatively fast. It was a lot sooner than I anticipated it would actually take. They're generally nice and kind people and i would highly recommend them.

Alden Lock successfully and promptly rekeyed several unusual smart-lock cylinders which had caused me a lot of difficulty. My experience was very good and I would recommend them highly.
