This is a terrible branch. Every time I go there to open an account or connect accounts, I have waited only to be sent away or to another branch because the person who knows isn't in today.

Slow service. Employees standing around doing nothing while a long line forms and one teller does all the work.

I want to let you know that I have been a Bank of America customer for years but will be taking my banking elsewhere. This location is always under-staffed no matter what day of the week, time of day you go into this location. There are bankers standing around trying to help customers but they are creating more chaos and confusion with trying to help customers. Maybe instead of standing around, jump behind the counter and open more booths for customers. It's the most disorganized bank location that I have ever seen. I'm surprised it's not closed down by now. Shape up and smarten up for your banking customers. I refuse to ever step inside this location again. The slowest and most inexperienced banking staff I have ever encountered.

The slowest bank on earth. Even though they apologize, they don't make any changes so it won't happen again. I waited 30 min to cash one check. Not cool.

VERY convenient parking (though dip in sidewalk is off to the side, making it slightly less wheelchair-friendly), directly in front of entrance from lot on Church Street. Multiple machines that accept cash and check DEPOSITS. Feels fairly safe even at wee hours thanks to busy 24-hour CVS adjacent.

What kind of bank closes at 4 pm...this place is about convenience for the employees...

This is a horrible branch. Huge lines, always, with the added bonus of 3-4 employees standing looking at computers or talking about lunch without helping move the line along. Super unhelpful and irritated staff (unless chatting to each other). I had to try three times to open a joint account and get questions answered about checks made out to both my husband and me. Do you have an appointment? Too bad - some random walk-in is trying to pay their mortgage in pennies, and they just walked into an office ahead of you. My neighbor drives to Waltham just to avoid going here. On the up side, it's big and has 4 ATMs - but if you actually need to talk to someone about anything, take your Xanax first.

I work in the mall and this is our bank our company uses and its extremely unfortunate. Being part of the same mall for 6 years I have been using this Bank of America for awhile. First and foremost, this bank is straight up slower than molasses. any slower and the tellers would be moving backwards. Never go in here in the mid afternoon on ANY day and don't go in at all on Fridays. You won't leave in less than a half hour. Instead of having a "greeter" stand and look pretty in the hallway, showing you were the line is (I'm not blind I can see where the line starts) they should have them trained as another teller so they keep up with lines of customers. There was also an issue with the deposit box where we drop money off at night after banking hours. The lock box was "broken" and the lock would stick. This is a severe theft issue because you are standing there for 15 minutes trying to shimmy a broken lock while you have a deposit bag full of money in your hand. Also, someone told on one occasion they actually had to call the police cause the lock box was officially jammed completely. The lock box has officially been fixed now but it was broken for over a year. Because of THIS bank of America, I will never open an account with them or do business with them on my own accord.

Wow after today I would never go back here again. I've been going to this branch for years and no problem but now management is going down hill and they're short staffed as a reflection of that as well. PATRICIA is the worse teller I've ever had in all my years with Bank of America and literally has me wanting to cancel my accounts. She was extremely rude and tried to say she didn't have her lunch break yet and what not as an excuse, you're in the service industry everyone has their own problems but that doesn't give you the right to be rude.

Oh great Barry is reviewing another 'chain', something he complains about doing, YET KEEPS DOING! But this will be short Why? Well, see the picture I attached. This is the back entrance, from the parking lot behind CVS Apparently, a lot of people dont know it was there. I was talking to a CS rep inside, and he said he sees people parking on teh street, walking around, the building, etc There is an entrance right next to CVS even better, there are 6 spots there, FREE, meter free for bank patrons! and three ATM's right in the door Some people hate BoA. I am not one of these people And they DO make life more convenient!

I had to deal with B of A when my mother had accounts there and I was a cosigner on her accounts and eventually her power of attorney. My mom had automatic payments that were suppose to get paid out every September and every September, no funds in her account. When I would call to rectify it, I always got a different reason why it wasn't there and the forms I had to fill out, blah, blah, blah. EVERY TIME! for so many years. When I had full power of attorney, I removed her funds and took it somewhere else to invest. The investment person came with me to the bank to close the account and transfer the money - a check was written on behalf of my mom but in the investment company's name. After my mom dies, I take her paperwork to be done by an accountant to make sure her estate was handled and he tells me that B of A incorrectly marked the money as having gone directly to my mom and not reinvested (which you get taxed for unless you roll it over). Luckily, he did all the paperwork and took care of it. SO not surprised but glad we are finished with this bank.

I hate hate HATE Bank of America with a passion, and I wouldn't use them if it wasn't for the fact that when we travel to NY and CA (where we have family) we don't want to have to pay ATM fees. BUT...I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. They've been very accommodating to us and they even dropped some overdraft fees when I really didn't expect them to. If I must bank with the evil B of A, I'm glad that I can get some assistance with some personable employees at the Watertown Branch. I'm sorry that some people haven't had good experiences there...maybe I've just been lucky!

I was originally impressed with the assistant manager who helped me open my new accounts. He was thoroughly educated on how the bank functioned, but failed at executing a few key tasks that would've made my bank experience much more useful. I realized this after I had a much better experience at a San Diego branch. 1. Keep the Change. I signed on for it, but he failed to activate it on my accounts. I was not able to get this sorted until I'd moved out t San Diego. A banker at the San Diego branch fixed it for me. 2. I signed on for a Bank of America platinum credit card. A month went by and I still had not received my card. Only an envelope containing a few cash advance checks to get me started. I tried to call the credit number and the woman on the phone must have gotten her info from 5 different sources. I felt so confused. I wanted access to my credit (as I was relocating in a hurry) and I wasn't getting straight answers. All of these errors were remedied by a helpful banker at my local San Diego branch. The business itself is not terrible, but the experience you have will vary from branch to branch. Just like a Starbucks or a Dunkin' Donuts. You just have to pick what kind of experience works best for you.

Ew. I hate all Bank of America. I would NEVER do personal banking there. But, alas, the employers I have tend to. This branch is awfully rude, considering I stop in on a weekly basis to deposit decent chunks of change there. One teller asked me if I did my personal banking with them, and I knew where that was heading and instantly cut her off. So, the hate is mutual. The (self-proclaimed?) manager is one of those pompous pricks who makes ticking noises while his "brain" is "processing" the answer to one of my questions...then he spits out some babblegarblebullshitnonsense that is stupid and useless. ArgjgrjrjhjkhhkaH!!!! I am sooo sick of coming here and finding out which rule has changed and what I can no longer do with my account. Gah! When our office moves, I am pushing to switch to a real bank.
