If you want to see an employee swear to at minor that's heading to his ealry years of becoming a teenager, yay this is the spot to go, I overheard the employee yelling and swearing the young teen for one key that he took off from a keyboard. Not going lie it was funny but very rude to confront a customer like that, let allow a minor. But most of the keyboard have missing keys, cant blame the kid. I would of took off a flimsy key off, on a already broken display keyboard when I was a kid.( still working on spelling in english, so they may be problems when reading this)

One big plus: the QR codes on the product labels for large appliances let you get details without having to track down a store employee.

Ross Mc. and the girl at the front who went and got him specifically for me were top-notch. Very helpful customer service and they both deserve accommodation. I left this location and was sadly disappointed in Framingham where they ignored me for 25 minutes and I left. Really pointed out to me how amazing these two were. They should be running their own stores. Very low stock on everything but that's a common theme for Best buy these days.

Kenny is the manager and a very rude person. I paid $180 for the geek squad membership when I bought my computer. I was having trouble setting it up so I stopped back in the same day I bought it. I waited patiently for my turn then the person behind the desk ignored me, and when I said something to the man working the counter, Kenny came over and said they have to take people with appointments first, so I turned to the woman and asked if she had an appointment and she said NO. So Kenny walked off - no help, no explanation - rude and clearly he couldn't care less!
I am going to return the computer tomorrow and the phone I got as well and a refund for the geeks that are also unhelpful.
You disappoint me BB.
UPDATE: 6/19/2024
So I returned the computer and phone and the service plan.
In response to the "owner" of BB reply to my OP that was removed yesterday; the company is owned by a bunch of shareholders, not a single person so who is calling themselves the owner?. Also, the fact that I specifically wrote my review under the BB Watertown MA and named the manager I had issues with makes me wonder if the responding, "owner" even read my post. I referenced the date so people reading this post, it appears we now have an AI responding to post...
I am buying my computer and phones directly from the manufacturer and even though I am aware no place is perfect; I won't be at the mercy of poor management.
I would like to compliment the staff that helped me at the store:
