Zero stars. I live nearby, so I'm stuck with this CVS. Two years with the same prescription that they won't stock, so I wait 4-6 days for it every time. No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE STORE OR THE PHARMACY. None of the employees are properly trained, nor is there adequate staff. Apparently, this location doesn't warrant a renovation or properly trained staff. This store is dark, dirty, and disgusting. The carpet is a science experiment. I can't believe this place even exists.

Understaffed, rude, unreliable. Cannot refill a prescription for 6 days now. Nobody picks up the phone, standard prerecorded message says 'we are working on it'.

This is *my* CVS and it's just a 3 star CVS, but today it gets 4 stars for the 5 star help I got from John at the photo area. First of all, they will print anything fast and affordable, but today I needed a passport photo asap after having another CVS completely screw up my passport photos. (blurry and unusable. Why didn't I check them in the store you ask? I don't see that well and I assumed that they could handle it. Nope, rejected) So John, the very patient Millennial, basically holds my helpless Gen X hand through dragging the pic off my phone, formatting and printing, which might not seem like a big deal but it has taken me 2 weeks to get this done, and he was minding the register at the same time, so I was appreciative. 10 minutes. DONE. NPFor CVS in general, meh, it's the 21st century general store. They have everything. S&S is cheaper, Market Basket is way cheaper, OSJL is ludicrously cheap, but CVS beats all for convenience so take my money. The pharmacy has always been top notch, always calling when there is any issue, and I get all my vaccines there (give me ALL the jabs please) The mile long receipts are annoying af. Just lower the prices and don't make me go through this ridiculous coupon process.

I am a frequent customer at this CVS location, and my rating is for the service I received on Aug. 16, 2023 at around 11:00 am. Before going to the next door gym, I stopped in to get a drink. I only had cash on me and after waiting for 5 minutes at the front to check out and trying to find somebody so that I could pay for my drink, I ventured to pay at the pharmacy in the back. I was up front and said that I'm sorry to the pharmacist for having to make my purchase here, and right away she said, "No, there is somebody there up front; we are busy." I was insulted, as if the pharmacist thought that I was lying to her. "No, I replied, there is nobody there, the machines don't take cash either, and I'm busy as well." In a soft but rude tone, she said, "I'll scan it now but next time pay at the front." I don't know if she didn't speak fluent English or she was just mad, perhaps both, but I left upset.

June 2023: 2: I stopped by this location to return some medication at the take back box that each pharmacy should have at any of their locations. I found that this location does not have one and directed me to another location. Several miles away has one of two locations in this immediate area that has one. This was supposed to be a standard for all pharmacies some time ago and I'm confused as to why this pharmacy has not complied with that standard. I was assisted while in the store by capable and professional workers but there is no excuse for not having a take back safe in this store pharmacy.

CVS is huge, looks very good but not all workers are properly trained. Today my coupon was not scanned and instead of $2+ I was charged $9.81. I started complaining and he had to re-scan everything again and yet didn't use my coupon!

A little bit of great, a good amount of frustrating and a medium amount of "meh"; and here we are at 3 stars: two self-checkouts and it seems as if one is always in need of something which requires and employee. A lot of things are out-of-stock (it was the same pre-Covid as well), but stores in the area seem to have everything?? The pharmacy is hit-or-miss, it depends who is working that day. The BEST thing about this locations is the CVS HUb Health inside (which is not to be confused with Minute Clinic, which is on the other side of the pharmacy). I have been 3x for different vaccines, scheduling online is SO EASY and Wendell is awesome.

Disappointing store. Shaving shelve is half empty as usual. Self checkout machine is totally confused. If you put your purchase on the right hand side where the paper bags are the system gets confused and locks up. No clear signage that it is supposed to go to the left. They call it a bagging area but there are no bags. On top of that the nagging announcements though the store. Not worth coming here - left my items and ordered from Amazon instead. Free shipping, same or cheaper price, most items one day.

Today Bonnie helped me, NEW and improved manager. Their are no words to express my gratitude towards the efficiency I experienced today. I needed a lot, and it was like two girlfriends shopping. This was also one of those rare occasions when the coupons actually worked in my favor! Corporate if you happen to read this, please acknowledge Bonnie nationally, to remind people of the excellence you have in Watertown, MA.

This place is ridiculous , there always 3 hours behind because the manager of this pharmacy thinks she's in high school , there more concerned with socializing with each other. If you dare ask them anything be prepared to be met with attitude , they couldn't care less about customer service. I've never met such rude service in my whole life. There only hob is to fill prescriptions and that is all why does that take 3 hours and literally 6 people were mad and had been waiting hours . They need to fire these people they all have bad attitudes and hate there jobs I've heard them Express ot out loud.CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I was very, very impressed by the Minute Clinic at this location. I went in for a medical issue that was slightly more complicated than what most people go to a Minute Clinic for and the NP and nurse on staff were able to do a bunch of tests, consult with a doctor, give an IM antibiotic injection, and send me home with a prescription which I could pick up at the pharmacy in the CVS just 20 steps away :) The NP, Gillian Magni, was extremely thorough in her diagnostic approach, and both she and the nurse Wendell were friendly, professional, and effective. I felt as though I was in a very well-resourced doctor's office. Super pleasant experience.

Amazing experience getting a vaccine there. It was so well organized and felt so safe, and the people could not have been kinder. I have not been here since the pandemic, but it was immaculate and so well run.

Great pharmacy with staff that really care and go out of the way to help you! The Minute Clinic????? What clinic??? Staff never there or at a 3 hour lunch and when you make an appointment they are not back on time! So why make the time available? Waste of my time HOWEVER if you ask pharmacist to administer shots if they are not busy they will.
