The pharmacists who work here are great, but the pharmacy is totally understaffed. CVS needs to prioritize a good customer experience over profits by hiring more pharmacy workers.

Wish I could leave 0 star ,but we can't!!! Crazy waiting time on vaccinations, even with appointments.. IF YOU ARE RECEIVING WIC !!!DONT GO THERE ,THEY WOULDN'T TAKE WIC AS A PAYNENT!! I guess only RICH people's shop there..

The worst CVS I ever visited! The agent on the front desk told me my prescription was in stock. After I have waited more than half hour, they said they didn't have it. Beside, no one answered the phone after I have waited for one hour. Garbage service. This store should be closed.

I was discharged from the hospital with few prescriptions, one of them for antibiotic; my husband went to pick up all my prescriptions , got home and few hours later we realized there is no AB. He went back, questioned the pharmacist and she said - “ oh, we do not have it!”. Unbelievable! How can they put people’s health at risk like that?? I understand that they do not have it but she should inform the patients and try to transfer the prescription somewhere else.Few weeks later the doctor called in with another medication- it took them more than 24 h to fill the prescription. I understand that they are understaffed but maybe they should consider closing this location so at least people would know to go somewhere else to get the medication that they need!

People have been waiting for over an hour to get vaccinated, then we were told they ran out of the covid vaccine. The staff does not even bother to notify people outside waiting in a long line, and just sit inside take their sweet time to chat.

Bar none the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist was patient as I asked questions about my medication, and she along with the tech worked together to quickly verify and fill my prescriptions so I could have the medication I needed to help my breathing prior to close. Kahsai and Elizabeth were both extremely professional not only to myself but those I saw in line before me. I appreciate their professionalism and it really made my day. I would recommend this pharmacy location!

Absolutely one of the worst locations in the CVS system. This morning I had a vaccine appointment at 10am and the pharmacy had been scheduled to open at 9am. A pharmacist didn't arrive until 10:20am, and by 10:35am there was a waiting crowd that was still waiting to be served while the pharmacist was struggling to get the computers to work. There was no apology from her on why she was an hour and 20 minutes late. I saw numerous persons leave without their medicine, and I had to leave without the vaccine. Thi is not the first time I've been treated badly there. Something should be done.

This pharmacy has major staffing issues. The last 3 times I've been in, the pharmacy was either closed entirely or had no dropoff/consult service because only a single tech was working. This from a company with an 86.8 billion market cap? Inexcusable.

I had a COVID-19 test appointment pre-scheduled for 1:40pm today. I received multiple texts that confirmed this time, pre-checked in, and arrived to learn that not only is the clinic closed for lunch until 2pm, but they were unsure if the clinic would be reopening after lunch due to staffing shortages. I understand needing to reduce hours for staffing, but appointments shouldn't be available at times where the clinic will be closed. There are appointments even later on today that are still available for scheduling. Unacceptable.

Got a message at 9:05pm that my RX is ready for pickup. Dropped by in 10 minutes to pick it up to be told that the pharmacy is closed! Such a disregard for people’s time is not okay! If you can’t even manage to send proper communication through text why bother?!

Just left the pharmacy after a horrible experience picking up an antibiotic for my teenager. Yang was at the pick up register, extremely rude and disrespectful asked me three times to spell the name and then told us there was no prescription but I had just called and confirmed on the phone. (yes, I did the CVS survey on my receipt) she was verbally offense to my differing abilities teen who was navigating the check out process with me. Ableism in it’s most pure form! She literally told her to hurry up (one person in line behind us) and threatened to not allow her/us to use our cvs discount card because the little machine was not working correctly. She then pushed a bag toward us and told us to bag our own purchase. The prescription was not even ready! We had to wait and then wait again because they did not flavor it as requested by the MD. Take a look at how professionally the med was mixed. Lovely little pieces of foil in the liquid! Unbelievable. Buyer beware.

A little bit of great, a good amount of frustrating and a medium amount of "meh"; and here we are at 3 stars: two self-checkouts and it seems as if one is always in need of something which requires and employee. A lot of things are out-of-stock (it was the same pre-Covid as well), but stores in the area seem to have everything?? The pharmacy is hit-or-miss, it depends who is working that day.The BEST thing about this locations is the CVS HUb Health inside (which is not to be confused with Minute Clinic, which is on the other side of the pharmacy). I have been 3x for different vaccines, scheduling online is SO EASY and Wendell is awesome.

Disappointing store. Shaving shelve is half empty as usual. Self checkout machine is totally confused. If you put your purchase on the right hand side where the paper bags are the system gets confused and locks up. No clear signage that it is supposed to go to the left. They call it a bagging area but there are no bags. On top of that the nagging announcements though the store. Not worth coming here - left my items and ordered from Amazon instead. Free shipping, same or cheaper price, most items one day.
